My 255.34 refund has not been returned to my account. The vender sent me a receipt of refund but it isnt showing up in my account! The card I used to pay with is no longer in service due to a ground on it , so my checking has a new debit card, not sure if that is the issue? I just need to talk to a live person, this is just a ridiculous hassle!!! Getting frustrated with you all!

Having problem placing my orders

You need to check out a Charles Gomes, tel.# 540-726-****, who I spoke to at Wtsy Customer Support earlier this week, because I had problems with Etsy not accepting my 2 credit cards for 3 outfits I wanted to buy. My Ccs are in goid credit standing...no balances.

He proceeded to tell me that there is someone trying to buy "bitcom" by using my savings acct. with M& T Bank. Now, how does he know about my M&T bank accts? He proceeded to use ETH, moon "something" and 2 other sites to transfer close to $6,999.00 from my savings acct to my checking acct.

I was very suspicious. So I told him I have a dr.'s appt that I had to go to, and he told me to call him when I return. I immediately went to my bank, told them, and they went into action, shut down my checking account and put a hold on my savings acct., so I was saved. NOW, HOW THE *** DID SOMEONE FROM ETSY SUPPORT HAVE ALL MY BANK INFO TO DO THIS TO ME.

I gave you his info...NOW YOU INVESTIGATE HIM/THIS...AND FIND HOW WHO ELSE THIS WAS DONE TO. HOW CAN ETSY HAVE SUCH PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM???

I placed an order for a Rustic trash can from Bambi. I contacted customer and was told that the item was delivered to the carrier. I asked for a tracking number and was told that they had some family matters going on. My main concern is why its not showing in my purchases.

Poor communication and business practices

I wish I could rate them at 0. I had a shop all my items were handmade by me, all my photos were done by my son.

All my shipping was at the post office with tracking and insurance at my expense within 6 hours or less. All my communication was stellar and my customers said as much in my reviews. Immediately after my first sale before I could print the shipping label I was suspended. I was in direct communication with my customer and at my desk and logged in when the sale went through.

They said oops our mistake, but I still had to go to the post office and ship before Etsy got it straightened out. Right before my account was out of the 90 day probationary period they put my account on reserve meaning they could keep a portion of my sale profits for a month or when something was delivered. This prevented me from offering custom items. As soon as the reserve expired which was 90 days long I got 3 more sales because it was Christmas.

These items were delivered before there projected delivery date. 2 weeks later on December 24th they suspended my shop again without a reason given. I have filed 2 appeals. When this happens EVERY WAY to contact them other than email gets deleted.

No one answers the phone or returns the voice-mail no one returns the emails. So I created another account and tried to live chat and they said they can't help me and to contact from the suspended account even after I told them I could not.

I don't want to sell on etsy anymore, but now it is the point. Absolutely horrible company to sell on and they pick and choose which terms and conditions they will follow.
