I STILL HAVE NO INFORMATION REGARDING MY ORDER. The tracking number is not recognized. Where is my package??? Merry Christmas ETSY.

I placed an order and have not received it. According to UPS the tracking number does not exist and I cannot contact the seller. I have a terminnaly I'll son and this is the only thing he asked me to get him fOr Christmas. Please help. Thank you.

User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs. They use third party vendors with no control of their sellers.

Help with order

I purchased a gift card but I did not receive an email to print out to give as Christmas gift tomorrow. I need help with this to resolve! The $$$ has already been removed from my bank account.

Talk to a person or someone to address my issue. Logging the problem did nothing. The page just spins.

Too long a wait to get items

No issues at present. There was no communication with the seller. Then received an answer. I have now received my items.

User's recommendation: Update customers if shipping is a long wait. Don’t leave them hanging wondering if they will receive items they ordered & paid for.

Oops either you or PayPal or my bank. When I ordered it was pending on my bank statement two days later same charge same thing coming out to PayPal like the first dont know where that was my bank or whether it was PayPal or whether it was you but oops the funds were allocated on Sunday on Tuesday funds were acquired again out of my account which I was denied on Walmart and my favorite restaurant called and got in touch with my bank my bank started issues I phoned probably 10 minutes later PayPal to get that taken care of and I tried to email you that got me too pissed consumer. But merry Christmas happy New Years happy Hanukkah happy Kwanzaa oh which ever whoever is there was an oops somewhere but between my bank PayPal and you everybody talking to everyone they took care of it. Extremely happy with what I ordered still waiting on my earrings but the banana plants I got from Howey in the Hills and Jennifer down here in Florida Im extremely happy with the plants Ive got waiting on the earrings and glad to get the banking details taken care of User's recommendation: Hey there are totally unique products here and if you have service issues they will take care of it right away either from your bank or PayPal or ETSY
