Clock not working needs to be returned and same order wristlet hasnt been found but the seller is staying its received never had problems with orders

Someone hacked my account and made fraudulent sales
Woke up to several emails about making my first sale and angry emails from someone who was being charged for fake purchases. I have never been a seller on Etsy. Was not able to login to account because I couldnt receive text security code from Etsy. Its impossible to actually contact a security person via phone. Im still waiting to get an email to allow me to fix the problem. Its beyond frustrating to wait for customer service for 30 minutes (twice) and have the person on the phone unable to fully resolve the problem and to rely on email communication.

I wasnt able to download my purchases to Etsy. The site would not reroute me back to download the files. It was very frustrating but I was help by a really nice rep!! He helped me with all issues and I could be happier

Etsy closed my shop
Without notifying me Etsy closed my shop. I do not know why. I think it is because I did what they asked and sent in required tax info. After that the shop was closed. For 7 days I have contacted them, sent them documents, and sent 20 inquiries for help. I only get the run around. Nothing they say addresses the issue. My need is not resolved. My shop remains closed.

I have been a esty buyer for a longtime and I am seeing that the lack of communication after a product is bought is getting really bad. There are barely updates on the proof they are going to send for approval or if there is a problem. I am feeling less inclined to shop at Esty as I never know what experience I am going to have . I never gave it a thought before. Most sellers are awesome but there seems to be more and more hassles. ~ Deborah Lehnert
