Hi Robert,

Yes, I do have an explanation. You are not educated in purchasing stones and got taken for a piece of dyed howlite.

The reason for this is that you have not taken the time to properly prepare yourself to be a consumer. You are aware that ETSY does not make the items and it is a third party market place, correct? That is is neither directly or indirectly responsible for your ignorance?

You know Robert, If I were to guess I would say you were a lawyer.

They have a consistent habit of always being their own worst enemies and blaming others for their own short comings. Since you have asked for a simple explanation I have given you one and you are welcome.

Disclaimer, I am an Etsy seller, not an employee or affiliated with them in any way:

First off, that totally sucks, I'm so sorry. If you still haven't gotten a response from Etsy, contact your bank.

Their fraud protection division should be able to help you reverse the charges and issue you a new card.

While you do that, make sure you change all your passwords for both Etsy and email, Facebook, too if you use that to log in or have it tethered. Good luck!

I was not able to leave the correct billing address even though I unchecked the box that said shipping address is the same as the billing address I don't know if the order will process. With the incorrect billing address it would seem that as soon as you uncheck the box that the shipping and billing addresses are not the same an opportunity to add the correct billing address please call or email immediately to correct this order

The pepperoni pizza highlighting compact didn't come in the mail box. The address where it should have been shipped to is 708 river road Cumberland ky 40823.

In addition, this page is not monitored by Etsy. It was a third party that listed that phone number, not Etsy.

They do not provide a phone number because they do not have a call center for customer support, it all goes through email (which yes, can totally suck sometimes).
