Did not receive my refund
I bought 4 pairs of mens Kurta pajama sets from Etsy. I received the items and they did not fit well to my husband and my son.
The return policy was to return items within 30 days and I paid for shipping as it was supposed to be buyers responsibility to send it back and shipped it back within 30 days but seller did not refund me my money yet. Seller is saying that he did not receive items I dont believe that.I think that seller is lying.Etsy do not provide any help with this as I cant find any live support and Etsy is leaving this to be resolved between buyer and seller.
I have lost the purchase price of $200 plus &60 shipping. Not really happy about this situation.

Sellers Cabinet is refusing to issue me a refund on a broken #1 Mixing Bowl
On July 25 2023 i purchased 4 Fiesta Mixing Bowls. The # 1 Red Bowl arrived broken .
The packaging was bad at best. No bubble wrap only double boxed with brown paper packing. I took pics. of the out side box which showed no damage, not a mark on it.
Now all of a sudden he is not going to refund me because i did not take pics. of the inside box. I saw no reason to.since no damage to the outside box. This has escalated to an ugly situation.
Look at my purchase history with Esty. Bought and paid for a lot of Fiesta in the thousands of dollars.i have purchased from 30 to 40 different dealers. If piece got broken i got refunded immediately. So i am not a beginner at buying Fiesta.
What are my options now?
I paid with pay Pal also. For some reason i did not get an invoice from Esty only a sales receipt from the Sellers Cabinet with no order #.
