Received a fake item
I ordered a sterling silver handmade filigree pendant, ans I got a cheap plastic piece of crap. I have a feeling Ill end up doing a chargeback with my bank. Etsy is useless

Problem with cancellation order
I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Then they informed that it will take 5 weeks to receive my order, when I needed it a week ago. I have since then requested several times to cancel my order and refund my account several times, including calling the client directly and sending several emails Still no response.

Login error
There was no answer. After I sold my first product on Etsy and I posted it on time, I tried to log in to my shop this morning and I couldnt. When trying to log in I get a message to contact support. I followed the contact support link, and it goes to a log in page. And I cant log in. Can you please help me resolve this issue, so I can log in to my shop? Can you also let me know why my shop was closed without any notification? Thanks, Laszlo User's recommendation: I don't know.

Im not sure why this keeps happening but whenever my billing gets sent to my bank they dont send all of the money from my product, I sold this item for 32.00$ and they sent 27.00$ instead they keep shorting some of my money off of my orders please help resolve this issue

I had ordered yezzy slides in the color beige from a seller by the name beastlada April 11, 2021 around 2:24pm, I paid $47.35 &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; I have yet received my slides, its going on 3 weeks, I can not contact the seller beastlada due to her removing her site, there is no tracking number, so Im not sure if my item is shipped or if I got scammed by that seller, I was looking forward in this item, I have never had any problems what so ever with Etsy now I have a feeling I got scammed, I want my refund, this is not right please contact me at 361-678-**** or email me at maxinegonzalezclark88@***.com thank you ID

Asked For Bank Statement
I called esty customer service I didnt receive my free shipping. When you first sign into esty It clearly stated free shipping when spending over $35. Girl/Esty/C.S. asked me for my bank statement I blatantly said do not trust you you can see my invoice on your side with details, then hung up phone on her. Do not fall for this trickery! isomeone trying to get access to your banking information
