Something is wrong, I made a sale for $700 and my account got suspended mid transaction amd no one will talk to me!

My account was permanently suspended in the middle of a $700 LEGITIMATE sale! Etsy owes me 659.89 dollars amd no one is talking to me. Really ridiculous and frustrating. I sold Mt childhood pokémon cards, which are pretty valuable, then my account gets suspended mid transaction and I have seen my money. I was supposed to get paid Monday. This is very upsetting.

User's recommendation: Be worry. They will suspended your account without reaching out in person.

20 things to get myself signed in

Dear Etsy, I have to do ay least half a dozen photos to get in to my Etsy account (no one does that...2 at the most). If this doesn't stop immediately I am canceling my etsy account. Life is too short for this *** Karl Weikel 234 Smithtown Road Pipersville, PA 18947

I am not able to talk to some one before order

Good afternoon, I want to buy three mandala wall decal in grey colour. Two Half and one full (round). The size I am looking is 36 " x 72" inches for all three and all three must be same design. I noticed that I can order two half from your website but full mandala wall sticker is not available in 36 " x 72" inches and same design. please contact me via email: mdagar@***.com

I wanted to buy an item on your website but didnt because the shipping charge was greater than the price of the item. Later on I got an email from Etsy saying remember me and stated : free delivery I tried to order the item but delivery charge was still there . Initially I contacted the seller and they said it wasnt them , it was Etsy that sent the email. So I contact Etsy and they ping pong me back to the seller. This is very frustrating and I would like the manager to honour your email for free delivery. Please and thanks
