On December 4 I purchased a white jacket for $292.41 from Fashion Point GB, the representative sent me 3 emails one confirming the order and the second one asking questions regarding the fitting of the jacket that I purchased. I indicated on the third one that my husband had changed his mind and he wanted to cancel the order and purchase another jacket which we did before we contacted her. she asked what kind of Jackie could she help me with and I told her that we had purchased a jacket already. I never heard from her after that that message. I have sent three messages sent requesting the order canceled, returning the funds and replying to my messages. at this point she has cut off all communication. She has taken my money,

Just wondering if your commercial could be any more racist. Sorry that Kris Kringle was a white man. In your commercial a black man is unhappy that Santa is white so hos family buys him a gift with a black Santa. Reverse those roles and imagine a commercial where a white man is upset that someone is black so his family buys him a caricature of that figure in a white version. Your commercial is offensive and racist and should not be allowed on tv. I certainly wont be doing business with you.

Someone is charging my account!!!

Got an email for an order I didn't place. Trying to reach etsy customer service is a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I would like to speak to a representative to seeing this is an actual order. I am totally frustrated with trying to talk with somebody

Regarding account open

Seller sent damaged item and is refusing a return or refund

I was not able to get in contact with Etsy Support or any representative with the number provided. I have not received a refund or option for return for the damaged item I received. I will not be shopping with any shop or seller on Etsy moving forward. Their platform does not protect their customers from scam and third party sellers.

I’ve been on hold with your company for 40 minutes Company bought from no longer on your site. Says there is a problem.

Received I fake autographed Babe Ruth what was supposed to be a Flyer. Not as advertised and a fake. Company that supplied COA doesn't exist.

I placed an order for a birthday shirt for my son on 11/23/21 delivery expected by 12/4/21. The item has not shipped I have messaged the seller 3 times and opened a case no communication from seller and now I no longer need the shirt.

Money held

through no fault of my own, money was being held in my account. i am very upset that there was no customer service number or even customer service chat to help me with this! they are handling such a large sum of money, we need a way to contact them!

I ordered an item from a seller called Farm Table boutique on November 12 and still have not received the item. Looking up the shop it appears that many people have not received her items from this seller. Its a scam because she puts that the item has shipped somehow...

on 7/11/21 i placed an order with kevin parker four snowmen. he sent me an email stating that he had closed his account three years ago so the item should not have been listed. mr parker asked for my bank details this i am very nervous about doing this and for him to refund via etsy but he said he wasnt with etsy anymore so could not do that it seems very wrong that i paid for an item listed on etsy with no safe means of getting my money back gillian ivey

I’m extremely upset

Ive written 4 emails. 1,2&3 I had an auto response to read a link to find my answer. My question was NOT on there. I told them each time and I got the same return response each time. My 4th attempt, I had to get angry-hoping someone would see it. No response at all. My money is sitting in reserve and there is NO reason for it!! I posted my own authentic vintage bag and it was immediately taken down and I was told my money would be held in reserve. My bag came with receipts, there are all kinds of these on Etsy. I want this undone! The bag was deleted by you, and then me. Give me a break. I at least deserve an explanation!
