Twice I Caught Etsy stealing my money. First of all they Charged me for items no longer on Etsy and charging a customer 20$ more then what they put into my account with no explanation where the remainder of the cash went plus they still took their percentage. Cant find a number to call and only get a stupid computer e-mail back! Its ridiculous.

I ordered a hoola and my ordered is cancelled and I got a refund because it’s said I upgrade without a hoola.. What pissed me off, I can’t talk to no one to see what happened. WHY ARE ETSY ADS FOR OTHER SHOPS APPEARING ABOVE MY SHOP PAGE AND PUSHING DOWN MY SHOP SO FAR YOU CAN'T SEE IT AND PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ITS THERE AND DON'T SHOP MY SHOP BUT SUGGESTED SHOPS. WHY DON'T YOU CARE ABOUT OUR SHOPS AND OUR SALES? WHAT HAPPENED TO PUTTING THEM DOWN BELOW OUR SHOPS? Cannot sign in

Its been happening for a week or so. when i try to sign in it tells me I cannot because you are limiting my account for security purposes. Then it says, if you need help, sign in and we can help you. Well, how can I do that if I cant sign in????? I placed an order but i cant sign in to see the status. I am not pissed off I am just frustrated I ordered vintage 1950s kitchen fabric. I just want to know if it went thru and is on the way to me. MY email is wolfdog 3098@***.net I am normally very happy with all of the items I receive from Etsy. this is the first incident I have encountered with your business.

Ignored and charged $20.23

Yadana Beads Etsy Put items in cart, let it sit overnight, (which I do not recommend on any of the websites) They raised the prices on some of my items. I keep track of everything, so I caught it. I messaged them. For 2 days they would not respond, on purpose, and charged my bank $20.23. I messaged them right away. They knew I didn't want the items, and why. Etsy tells you to communicate with the store. Joke. Look how much good that did me. They said the prices went up because their sale was over. Sending a newsletter every month, can be done. Couldn't they manage to send a warning about the prices going up? I am a senior living on $865.00 a month, and that is the truth. I have nothing else. I cannot afford to lose $20.73. You don't lie, cheat, or steal, because if you do, there's the cliff, because that's all you're worth. Where is etsy's responsibility in this?

10 years I never had an issue with anything on the site. Pretty smooth operation. Customers love my products with great reviews. Sold a $45 photograph to a very impatient woman. She started sending me harassing emails for Several days complaining about the item having not arrived. I told her I don't have it. I gave her the tracking number (etsy shipping label) , please call the post office. More Sniveling and whining and I had just had it. Told her to NOT contact me again. This whole time she has been attacking and insulting me and I've really just had enough of her. Very abusive to me. Very frustrating when they just REFUSE to listen. Told her she would just have to WAIT. Mind you we are only 5 days out with a 2-3 day handling time and a 3 day weekend. That didn't matter. So wanted to complain. So yes I told her NOT to contact me again and I called her a retard. She's not of course. I just got tired of the insulting abusive emails. I shouldn't have to put up with that just because she can't wait the normal amount of handling time. That was it. I think that was the word that got me thrown off etsy. I sent a graveling email to etsy integrity. Asked if I can appeal. I can't ecven sign-in to create an appeal. I really don't have any hope. I've got ebay, amazon, Bonanza and a couple more smaller site. To bad, I rather liked the set up on etsy. Again, never had a problem until this lady started harassing me as if I was her personal pinata. Not fair that I get abused and then punished for defending myself. We all have a right to be treated fairly and I have not been...... Any suggestions?

stolen Christmas

I went to company e s t y and I ordered two bean bag chairs and some video games I receive the video games they say I paid for these as soon as I put them in the basket and was awaiting the arrival well someone took the Pikachu out of the basket and sold it to someone else after they had sold it to me I was very upset a couple days later the same thing happens to the PAW Patrol bean bag chair the only bean bag chair that is left out there is the Pokemon ball bean bag chair and it is in New York somewhere customs can't tell me UPS can't tell me and the company can't tell me this is been over a month I paid extra money to have it here before Christmas express shipping never happen I went to the company sty and I ordered two being back chairs and some video games I received the video games they die paid for these as soon as I put them in the basket and was a waiting there arrival well someone took the Pikachu out of the basket and soda someone else after that so did to me I was very upset a couple of days later the same thing happens to the Paul Patrol being bag chair the only being bag chair that is left out there is the Pokemon ball being back chair and it is in New York somewhere customs can't tell me ups can't tell me and the company can't tell me this is been over a month I paid extra money to have it here before Christmas Express shipping never happen and I still haven't received my money from the first two that they they have said they returned $309 I have not seen a penny in my account and my bank account says that it is not in limbo as they say that's why it takes 15 days to get your money back will now it's been 30 and one more thing package for my grandson but it never came I didn't think it would since nothing else has gone right with that company he says that other companies go to his company and sell smaller companies sell out of his company well I go to where the company is and it's his name he's the owner of the Pokemon ball all I want is what's owed to me

As a seller Etsy can be a nightmare too as they always seem to be on the buyers' side. Why can't they understand that if someone's buying an item for £4.95 that they are not going to spend twice as much again for tracked/signing to the US for instance? It's not rocket...

My Etsy account is in German I only speak English

It's been going on for over one year. Everything sent from Etsy to me is written in German. I am signed in as English Speaking from the USA. Very frustrating and difficult to shop.

Customer Service or Lack There Of

Etsy Customer Care is the worst in the world. If you don't have time to sift through a million forums in hopes of finding the answer to your problem, you are basically out of luck. It seems that every time I get used to doing things one way and get really comfortable with it, they have to change the way things are done of change the looks of the page. The latest is that now I no longer of my shop link at the top of the page where I need it. It is on the main page but not where I need it to go to make a refund. The old philosophy of "If it's not broke don't fix it" could go a long way when dealing with Etsy. I give Etsy a 0 on customer care.
