I did hear from Etsy via email, wanting me to give a good survey for customer service..I couldn't believe it.. There has been none..

no payment, no nothing.. I have submitted 2 more inquiries..

nothing.. I have also contacted the FTC regarding theft of my money and...

I am so disgusted. I opened my Etsy Store about a month ago. Listed my first 2 items. 3 days later I sell a 35.00 bowl. I run the Etsy postage, package and mail within 24 hours. The next morning I went to list and my store is permanently suspended.No reason and no explanation. I submit an appeal. No answer. I cannot access my account, you cannot submit emails, absolutely blocked in every way. I have a copy of my tracking for item, which was delivered. Its been 12 days now. Nothing! I realize its only 35.00 but it is MY 35.00. I do not know what I have done to deserve this as I followed the rules. If I did something wrong, tell me.. If the appeal comes back that I can reopen my store,, well lets just say,, you know what you can do with your business..Never do business with them .. totally unacceptable..Thieves ..

No email response regarding the order

Hi I have ordered an anarcali suit with pant and dupatta few days ago from jaipore Design cloth through etsy. I am bit worried as I didn't receive any email so far regarding the order. I can see a name under that order , it says sunny. Order confirmation number is 285233****

To cancel an order I just made

I ordered the wrong bracelet. It looks like the order was canceled but I'm not sure. I will reorder when this was canceled. I would prefer to talk to a person but I could not. Thanks, Jane genten

I still have not got my refund from my t-shirt that they canceled I just want my refund.

I ordered a t-shirt on March the 31st they wind up canceling my shirt the beginning of April and told me that they sent me a refund I still have not got a refund I was able to talk with James Wilson on the phone and he tried to give me back my refund but that did not work either I still don't have my money back I just want my refund.

I haven’t received my orders.

My orders say delivered. Yet they havent arrived. Contacting anyone is like pulling teeth. I am pissed and I dont have my money back nor the items I purchased.

This order expansive my order prices $57.99 Total 147.53 Can you cancel my order .please help me this order .I didn't because I can't make cancel .I trays a lot of time but I can't .this order very very expansive .I don't understand this app .I can't make by myself. Broken merchandise

I am still having problems with this order, l was told it would be replaced, an l also sent pictures that same day. Know they want cargo company, an on my phone it says cargo unknown, l have no idea why l'm having such a problem, this isabel is giving me a hard time. I don't have anymore pictures, l already sent pictures, an l'm getting tried of this going back and forth. Still haven't gotten item an l don't have money to just give away, an it was a gift.

They seem to be a good companypk

Wrong colour of hydrangeas sent asked for white & they are a green colour so not suitable for my colour scheme. Please advise me what I have to do next as I dont want these. If you have white in these I would like them in exchange for the ones sent thank you regards Mrs jean winter

I'm not happy with apparel world if this is what they doing to me I'm thinking that this is what they're doing to every customer that buy T-shirts off of their shop with work too hard for our money .
