I ordered raffia yarn to make a sunhat in august. i was informed that it was on the way and i received a tracking number.
i got the raffia yarn however i did not have enough to finish the sunhat so i ordered another ball of yarn on sept 15 which i still haven't received and this time i wasn't given a tackinng number. i contacted fedex and was told that perfect yarns had to give me a tracking number if they sent the yarn. According to perfect yarns the yarn was sent to me and it was delivered on sept 20.
i do not have the yarn. All i want is the yarn that i pain for It was raffia and the colour was pomegranate It was supposed to be sent to KAren Alaimo 7418 nasrullah cres niagara falls ontario canada l2h2m4

I recently had a buyer purchase items from me, on your site, and after some abusive emails, started a case against me, to thieve from me! I would like you to review the case, (order number 251541****) for the following reasons.
The person who purchased the items from us has operated in a fraudulent manner, as there was nothing wrong with the items we supplied.
The items were not damaged as the buyer stated.
The buyer refused, in conversation, to send the items back and was looking to keep the product and a refund.
UK law has "distance selling" rules which allows the buyer to send the items back and get a refund as long as the item is received in the same condition as sold.
Etsy has failed in the following ways.
1) By refunding the customer you have now set a precedent for this buyer to purchase further items fraudulently from other sellers, and to tell their friends that they too can buy from Etsy, and get their money back as well as keep the items purchased.
2) You have overwritten UK law that states the items have to be returned for a refund, you can't do that!
3) You have taken money from my account and given it back to the customer without my authority, and further, you have allowed the customer to keep the products that are in perfect condition. You can't do that, it is theft by your company!
You need to resolve this situation in the following manner.
1) You need to refund me as I did not authorise you to do so.
2) You need to make sure this does not happen again within Etsy, otherwise there is no point in your company operating, as all the thieves in the UK will target your system, after people start talking on social media, how to get free items!
3) You need to supply a UK telephone support number, or a link to allow sellers to ask for a "call back" from Etsy support, (And make sure every seller knows this) as your current support system for sellers leaves allot to be desired, because you do not have any !
4) I do not think it unfair, to pay me a one off compensation of £100 for the time spent in me NOT finding any way to contact your company, and, in order to help your company stop "Shop lifting" (thieving) from your users stores, because that is what it is !

I have no idea that listing was active. I cancelled all listings weeks ago because ETSY has never, not ONCE transferred any sales money to my account. tell THEM you want a refund or open a case... IDC, I now make more money on 1 day with EBAY than I have in 2 YEARS on this *** site and THEY put the money in my account IMMEDIATELY. My advice to you would be ... forget about Etsy and shop on EBAY!
I want my money back and do not want to wait after July 7 to open a claim with you. I need my money to proceed with another transaction.

I am an Etsy seller. My account was flagged for "suspicious activity" after I changed my password.
I sent an email to support and supplied all the information they needed within the hour. It was been 6 days, and I have yet to hear from them AT ALL! My turn around time is 1-3 days, so customers have been opening claims against me (which I can see in my gmail account but cannot respond or reach out to customers because my account is locked) Etsy has been responding and closing claims/refunding customers and yet has not gotten to my request! Absolutely unacceptable!
I am out HUNDREDS of dollars (which Etsy gets a cut of) and they have complete disregard for supporting their sellers. Insanity!

I order a what I thought was a beautiful serving board online from Etsy through a business called PeraDizayn. It was purchased for my mother as a birthday gift with a personalized engraving on it.
I had it sent from Turkey to Alaska. Package was sent back to sender because the gifted wrapped box was damaged through transit, and arrived in Anchorage AK only bubbled wrapped with a postal address rewritten that couldnt be read. I contacted the sender asking for a new serving board with new engraving in fear the board itself was damaged. I was told they couldnt do that, if I read on her site I would have seen there are no refunds as well.
After over 100 emails back n forth she says she doesnt understand what my issue was. Completely unprofessional! I sent pictures of what I ordered from them, order number etc being it was a gift for my mother who lives in Alaska as I live in New York it was important to me that the engraving, color of the serving board as well as making sure the serving board was properly packaged for along journey from one country to another. Which shouldnt have to expressed or argued as a customer!
As they were paid in full or my order! Now for me to make a complaint or ask for any kind of compensation for these ridiculous, waste of time run arounds to just get what i asked for Im left to write a review. I will never order anything from Etsy or PerDizayn again! First two pictures is what I ordered and guaranteed to be delivered as.
Last two pictures is what I got.
Wrong color, no gift wrapped box, engraving quotations has a space on it!!! Its just nonsense and a headache!
