I ordered item in early November and I still haven't received it. I tried to call ETSY but I was put on hold for a long time so I hung up. Very unhappy!!!

Seller issue

This company is a joke. Etsy protects the seller by *** over the buyer. Since etsy insists on me giving my opinion- here it is. Ya'll SUCK. This exact thing has happened to me TWICE already.

Fraudulent purchase

Dear sir or madam, My debit card was used fraudulently on 11-22-2021 to purchase items from Etsy totaling $232.44. I have been instructed by my lending institution to request a refund from you as I did not make this purchase, nor did I approve of this purchase. Although the card was in my possession, someone obtained access to my account. Do you have a process to address this type of activity. Thank you.

Problem with shipment

I dealt with Zombie Woodworking and despite their no return policy, they will now accept a return as the table I bought was clearly defective. They were very nice and prompt on replying to me in resolving the problem

Etsy - Searching an orderi
I placed an order through your company on Nov 10 2021 for an item. I saw on the item that it said it was supposed to be mailed out on Dec 1 2021. I tried messaging the seller but to no avail he has not gotten in contact with me. Im so disappointed, I only ordered through him because it was backed by Etsy name. Im so disappointed and have lost respect for your Etsy company name. I need help tracking my order or need a refund for my package. Very angry Angry

Customer support for customers

My shop has been suspended- the reason states that I have an open balance but I dont!! I owe NOTHING! I updated my credit card. Nothing. There is no phone number, no chat; you can submit a support request. I have submitted 5. They keep closing them by saying the request is complete. IT IS NOT!! My last request did get a response after 6 days I got an email requesting I verify my identity . I literally sent the request for support while logged in to my account why do you need further verification, especially since your verification questions can be found on my account. Since I was logged into my account - I had access to the information - so not exactly stellar security. Anyway - I sent the verification . - and NOTHING!!! This is ridiculous!

Account suspended

I was not able to find out why my account is suspended I was on hold for just about an hr just to find out Id receive another email. Hopefully it doesnt ask the same questions the last 2 times. All my info and where I login from etc. Im confused
