I orderered 2 cloth face masks and never received them they are paid for

I have the order number 165569**** and I have the payment off my charge card already and I ordered them on April 20 th I tried to call them . My charge card gave me there number and they do not take messages there number is 718 855 **** .I would like my Masks please or just the money refunded off my charge card . Please take care of this . Order cancelled, I only received a partial refund.

Etsy contacted me. They refunded the tax money and gave me a $100 gift certificate. I am still out $80...which I never expect to see.

dI ordered a table from ADH Woodwork on January 2, 2020 through the ETSY website. After a lot of lies by the vender, the table was never made or sent, but he told Etsy he sent it. I asked for a full refund, but because it was passed 100 days, Etsy's policy, they would not help. Alex, the owner, gave me a partial refund. I am still battling him and Etsy for $318.

User's recommendation: do not buy...they offer no help to customers.

Dear All, Today I got an email from etsy team stating my account closed. firstly I got confused, But now now I have some doubts on my mind. Yesterday I got an inquiry for modification in product from Laara Yaghujaanas to understand her query and proceeding on same by mistake I shared one link of another marketplace with her through etsy message center. No Response No Refund

I made a purchase of an Amish Birdhouse ($224.00) it was not what I ordered, wrong color. The store I order from arranged for the pickup to go back. They say the credit has been done, but Etsy must be the ones to send the refund. It has been 3 weeks, and I still do not have my refund. They dont refund the shipping fee plus the tax on the shippping sent to me, even though the color was wrong, their mistake and I have to pay for it. But I sure would like to get my $191.00 back!!

Purchased a ring, never received it after four months, and Etsy is a *** company with no customer service number to achieve quick resolution. I will report them to BBB and get them shut down for being a *** company. I dont have time to type emails and chit chat with a *** stupid computer I want a real person, on the phone stat! *** Etsy!

I purchased a ring from OkeysSecretRoom. Order # 168133****. The ring looked full of color on the site but when I got it ,it was not at all colorful. I paid $850 for this ring and it was not worth it. I have tried putting it in different lights but with no more color. Would like a refund in the amount of $450.

I purchased a ring from Etsy. This was a fire agate ring. It appeared to have a lot of color but I have placed this ring in many lights with no real color reaction. I purchased a green fire agate for $450 and it has twice as much color. This ring costs $850 and I feel like I did not get what I paid for.

Again I received a broken body necklace and never received The breadbox I ordered. I am extremely ANGRY times ate hard to just loose over $50.00

Client was over charged from what my invoice shows

I'm the seller and I have a client that is asking why her invoice is $177.93 Canadian and this is the correct charges but her credit card was charged $190.67 US dollars. if you convert the $177.93 to US dollars that should have been $131.52 US, Why is my client paying in US dollars and Why is it way higher then what it should of come to., My Etsy store is set up in Canadian dollars and this is not the only upcharge she has gotten there are 2 other invioce that where also over charged. Poor service

I placed an order with Etsy for the first time and I have to say that I could not be more disappointed. I place my order on July 14th, received a conformation # and a Transaction #. I then checked my bank account and the withdraw from Etsy had been made. So far so good until I received an e-mail saying that my order had been cancelled with no reason. I then proceed to contact Etsy customer service on line because there is no phone # for customer service.(strike #1) I proceed to explain to the customer service rep. what had happened. She said she would check on it. She then responds back immediately obviously without checking in to it, and said that my credit card was declined and that I must have entered it incorrectly immediately placing the blame back to me. (strike #2) At that time I explained that the money has been with drawled from my account. At that point she then says that it would be better handled by one of there specialists and that they will be in contact via e-mail. It has now been four days and I have not heard a word.(strike #3) So after all this I do not have what I tried to purchase at a cost of $700.18 and absolutely no answers to why. I am a purchasing manager for a company and deal with many different venders and can honestly say that I don't think I have ever seen this type of lack of customer service.
