CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE

I had 2 charges withdrawn from my checking account. After 15 emails, I get told that it was fraud on behalf of a seller. They were supposed to refund the charges. 3 weeks later and still have not gotten it. Reached out again...the canned responses begin again. No number for customer service to call. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS!!!!

Ordered an item, the seller sent an email regarding packaging and delivery. Ups never even tried to deliver the package so I send it to the nearest UPSstore to pick up. Well, I went to the UPS store and it wasn't there. It was pending now. I tried contacting etsy and the seller and have received no response. I guess I have to report fraud on my card now due to the fraud that is going on with this app.
