Poor customer service and website/app

Issues with website regarding orders with multiple items (combined shipping) and app issues regarding canceled fully refunded orders. Help and support links on website are a constant loop of useless information with no email links or phone contacts for sellers to get support. As of 12/15/21, still no reply other than an automated email stating they received my inquiry...I had to "google" a support email address.

Never received my order

I placed an order with Prezzie and the money was taken from my bank account. The order is not showing in My Etsy account history

Not arrived

Messaging problems

Hi, I completed an order for some clothing items while in contact with the designer, but all of a sudden my messaging abilities were disabled. We are currently still in contact and I see her messages, but I am unable to respond. Can you help me fix this so I can respond to the designer ASAP. Thank you

Unable to access account to contact seller

I have tried repeatedly to contact the seller of my purchase which went to someone elses address. Their purchase came to me but unfortunately I have only just opened that package as I thought it was something else. When I try to log into my Etsy account to contact the seller the captcha will not work. I have purchased before from Etsy and never had a problem. I sent the seller an email that I found on their email but have had no response. I cannot resolve this issue without getting into my account. Now I have item I dont want and do not have the item I do want which I purchased myself. Please advise on how to get into my account and how to resolve this purchase issue. I bought the items on 2/12 Ref:228577****

I have been hacked

I still have not heard a word. I called and called. After the last call I was on hold for 45 mis and some Indian Chinese sounding person answered and said etsy customer service... and I started talking to him and then he started saying Hello hello hello and pretended he could not hear me and he hung up on me. I have called my bank and a new debit and credit card are canceled and they are issuing new ones to me. WOW RIGHT HERE AT CHRISTMAS I HAVE NO WAY OF PURCHASING ... ETSY IS A REDICULOUS JOKE AND THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HELP AT ALL!!! Bla-blaBla-blaBla-bla

Etsy closed my account with no reason

Etsy recently closed my shop claiming that "i didnt make the items myself" according the to automated email anyway. Etsy has no evidence of this and is completely wrong. I run a clothing embroidery company and I make all of the designs and do all of the embroidery myself at home. I just want to talk to someone about reinstating my shop, yet there is no way to contact anyone. I have tried the "email us" option, to which why say they will reply within 2-4 days, and it has now been a lot longer that than and i'm still no closer to having this issue resolved. Please just give me a way to talk to someone and have this mess sorted.

User's recommendation: Etsy is okay if you dont need customer support, if by any chance you do, then forget it!

Trying to reach Kringle Knew with ornaments are forever. Ordered a barber ornament & they have my wrong email address & they want me to confirm it but I can Not get through & Im tired of trying for 3 days, no one answers phone, can not get a email out. Please fix this my order has not been sent out yet.

Request to reopen my Etsy account

Dear Sir/Madam: For an unknown reason, my Etsy account has been recently suspended. I was trying to follow the link provided on the site to reopen the account, however, it was not successful. At the end of the process to request reopen, it says a link was sent to my email address, then i need to follow that link in my email address to proceed to next step, but such email has never been received. I checked my junk mail as well, but nothing was there. I need your assistance with my case as I am stuck with the process here and still remain unknown why my account got suddenly suspended I didn't receive any message for it either. Paid for item and seller saying no order

I ordered 2 items and paid for them. When I checked the app that I downloaded there is no record of this order. I think I may have been scammed.

Ordered crochet hooks from from a seller October 30th. I have yet to receive them. I have contacted the cellar several times. The 1st time that she finally got back to me claimed that they were delivered I told her I don't know where they were delivered but it was not to me. I asked for a proof of the address that was sent to and whoever did receive it which was not me. The seller is not very good at communication because I had to wait several days and weeks to get any response. Was message about a week or so ago that they would send another kit. I message again asking for details of shipment and have heard not a word. I have requested a full refund and haven't heard a word still.

Unable to update credit card info. Numerous emails but info from Etsy did not work. HELP!

Cannot get simple answer to how to update my credit card info. Answers sent to me are too complicated and do not work. Disgusted!
