My order has still not processed. allegedly due to "Payment Processing" I have been waiting for 10 days now for this to move on, but it has not. To date, I have been a member of ESTY since 2014, made over 53 purchases with a total of over $USD4300.00 spent. I am insulted and pissed off that after SIX Y E A R S OF DOING BUSINESS WITH ETSY, I am now holding the short end of the stick, with no contact from ETSY. THIS S U C K S. I have bought goods from all over the planet, Russia, America, Serbia, Germany, Czech Republic, and others! Usually they were fast in getting things delivered without a hitch. This time, my order has fallen into an abyss. I have paid the debt on my credit card, and have proof of my payment to my bank and CC company. WHICH IS STILL PENDING. The seller only sent me a link to your "Payment Processing" page. I have also left a review of how I am feeling on https://etsy.pissedconsumer.com/review.html. I am eligible to leave a review for my $440.95 item that the seller still has, and I do not. I live in Wichita Falls, Texas, He is in San Antonio Texas. WHAT IS THE DELAY??? The 72 hour resolution period is 72 hours late. Help me to leave a positive review of ETSY, instead of calling my Texas Department of Consumer Affairs and lodging a complaint with them, and the New York Department of Consumer Affairs, and doing the same. I have upheld my part of the sale, Please do your part! If you want screen shots from my bank and credit card company, which still holds this charge as pending, I will be glad to do so. I WANT WHAT I PURCHASED, DELIVERED TO ME! Furthermore, they send me a FORM LETTER and ask me to keep it on the down low because it is "confidential". I never signed an NDA for a typical FORM LETTER. Just further stalling on the part of ETSY for something that has eaten up close to 240 hours of waiting on a piece of jewelry. Their statement that they do "Payment Processing" IS AN OUTRIGHT FALSEHOOD, A L I E, A FRAUD, A DECEPTION! I have since purchased two other pieces of jewelry this week, for over $321.05, and both are on their way to me right now, without PAYMENT PROCESSING. I have now spoken with two associates who said they would place this process as a Higher Level of investigation. Just more HYPOCRISY.

Payment processing is taking too long

I placed an order on July 3rd. Funds have cleared my account. Why are the funds not being released to the shop???? I had an exp delivery date of July 10th.

Unable to contact or unscribe

*** continue receiving unsolicited and unwelcomed emails. Unsubscribe X10 and have cleared account page that had not subscriptions anyway. Plus the cowards have no phone and do not have category on their contact page. Such a joke. Worse.

As requested, STOP fFFFF emails

Tried to contact Etsy by email 9 times with not response

The same day I contacted Pissed Consumer Etsy contacted me. The email was very vague and didnt even answer my question. I replied to that email and I still havent heard anything. It has been 4 days since I have emailed them back.

Havnt received my package and it's been over a month

I havent received my package I want a full refund and a customer recovery card for the inconvenience. This site has repeatedly been a disappointment

Shipping time, incomplete order and rude and totally unprofessional vendor!

Ordered on the 21st of June and received July 6th. I was missing one small item that I paid extra for. Received two very inappropriate and totally unprofessional emails from the vendor.

There is no way to settle anything no customer service

I have been receiving the same billing statement every other day I paid in June for the item I bought. Simon July 5th another statement came with late fees. Today another bill g statement came for $22. I paid in June and July. I dont know how to make this stop.dont

Not getting money from sales

I have made several sales on etsy but only a small portion of my funds are being deposited in my bank account. I have tried to find contact info for the company but keep getting the run-around game.

Still not got my order

I placed my order on 6th June a gift for my husband's birthday which was on 26th June I have emailed her several times which have mostly been ignored. I finally got message from her 3 days ago saying she will now send me a draft for approval when she gets home as she was out . I received nothing i sent her reminder yesterday still nothing. Its July now . I think she is ignoring me . I want the gift or a refund please Thank you

Stop taking my money.

why am i being promoted and charged a fee for offline adds . I dont want you to promote me. I am already paying 5% and listing fee. There is no reason 10k I made so what if i did. Its my cleverness and my great product i can sell anywhere I chose etsy, but will seriously reconsidering if I should stay. I DONT WANT to be charged 12% the fee. Its cutting in to my profits . My is well i can go to ebay and pay the 10% its much more straight forward. You charge all kinda fees that i dont want to pay. listing fee and selling fee im using you platform and thank you. But why should i pay for something that is optional and if i made more than 10k its because i work hard and I DONT WANT to be promoted to offline adds. Like sale of 9.50 its down to $5 after all the fees. there is always other platforms. thanks for robbing me and not even having that option.
