Past due date never received merchandise.Never received any more updates. since Feb. 25 th. 2023.Item has been shipped 0n the 25 th last month. Tried calling company and computer. No response. 0rder number :279895****. Ordered on Feb.16TH 2023.

Seller refuse refund or return item. You cannot take people money and offer no refurn or refund. That is the same as stealing

Return an item from Etsy

It seems impossible to get a return label for a sofa pillow cover. Why is this so complicated? The order # is: 281481****. The cover came for a distribution center. I cannot get a label to return it. Please, help and don't refer me to your help section. it won't work!!

User's recommendation: I was told by maker that the item cannot be returned. Nowhere did it say on the order that the sofa pillow cover could not be returned.

Problem sending a picture

The earrings size is in question. I am not happy with the product. I contacted the seller on March 8th, still no response and I tried to send a picture as requested when asking for a full refund. The earrings are in perfect condition just like when I received them. Please have the seller contact me as soon as possible. The earrings are ready for shipping at my expense. I have the receipt the seller mailed with merchandise but again having trouble uploading. I also ask for help with PayPal. Thanks, Jeanette
