No refund received per case # 116241****741

I purchased two coins on the order 281193****. The items were never shipped from the supplier and I opened up a case number 116241****741 after 30 days. I was immediately notified by Etzy that the supplier no longer existed and I would receive a refund of 47.67 Euros in five business days to my credit card. Etzy closed the case on April 27, 2023 but I never received the refund. Their phone number says it is no longer used and to email them at https:// www.etzy.com/help/contact This also does not function. There is no way to contact them and all I want is the money to be credited to my credit card. User's recommendation: Purchase at your own risk. Not a good place to shop

Ordered a banner did not specify white lettering. The banner is blush and the writing is not readable due to the white lettering on the blush banner. I wanted black lettering. But to further *** me off the vendor has not responded to 3 messages. The banner is not readable by the road where I was going to use it. Purchased from peaches and birch Ordered a blush 48x30 banner. I would be happy with it had it been black lettering. Useless now.

Have question about order

I was told my order had arrived today. I checked with postal service. I was not sent anything that I ordered. I ordered three of Nanas prints God don't make junk . I only received a piece of paper with a poem named a small request. I can't talk to anyone. I am tired of getting the runaround on this order. I will never do business with you again. You can't get one simple order straight!

User's recommendation: I don't recommend because you sre not trustworthy.

Never got my purchase on time and extremely poor communication

I am still waiting for my purchased items. I need my items or need the refund. Communication is very poor and I am requesting for the tracking number and still havent got a response. This is ridiculous. This is typical cyber crime by collecting money from consumers and dont respond. Very shameful. I dont want to deal anymore from this seller, he should not be selling in Etsy.

Etsy is forcing me to keep account open

I asked many times to cancel my account because I am not selling, people can't find my products, thus I want to cancel the account. I search my own products, and I cannot find them, no wonder I can't sell, if people can't find you, how you will sell. Etsy kept charging same amount even with list reduced, or total deleted. Why on earth Etsy keeps charging $15 per month. I had to remove my credit card from the Etsy site to force Etsy to cancel/close my account once for all, but Etsy does not cancel. If I own some money, then I want to do via mail, I don't want Etsy charging every month for list that does not exist. Very disappointed and frustrated for no customer service. Please contact me inside my Etsy account and I give you my new email to resolve this issue once for all. I tried to change my email and cancel via Etsy page, and does not work, that's I need a person to step up and resolve this problem. User's recommendation: I am not sure until further noticie.
