The firstly, the page "Listing" become not visible; it was recommended by Etsy to sign-off and reload web. That is where problem is developed. I used to have an old phone, which I do not have it know. A security code was send to it which I cannot received. A few people from Etsy have begun responding, but nothing has been fixed.

Hi, I've ordered my first order ever with Etsy and I totally regret. Didn't receive my item, contacted the seller who kept delaying and giving nonsense excuses. I then asked for a refund but didn't receive any response! Please check the date of order, date of delivery, and today's date! Kindly refund my money back which payed for nothing but frustration. Ongoing problem with an Etsy Buyer

Originally ordered this shirt. A few seconds later, I scrolled down and saw a similar shirt, less expensive and different Seller, daisy shirt.

I ordered the less expensive shirt. A few seconds later, I reached out to ValenTeenoDesign, on the same day and canceled my order explaining my mistake to their shop. Two days later I receive a message:

Hey, Thank you for reaching out to ValenTeenoDesign. We value your time and will reply you as soon as possible.

I was then sent an email stating that they shipped the shirt anyway!

I emailed them on 10/16/2023, requesting my money back and again, their response was:

Hey, Thank you for reaching out to ValenTeenoDesign. We value your time and will reply you as soon as possible.

On 10/17/2023, I sent ValenTeenoDesign another message, Would like to know why you shipped this item, when I sent you a message yesterday. Their response:

Hey, Thank you for reaching out to ValenTeenoDesign. We value your time and will reply you as soon as possible.

I wrote them yesterday stating: You have responded with this same message three times.

Need I take this up with the Better Business Bureau?

FINALLY! They responded:

Hello there is only 1 message history, sent 2 hours ago.

I am totally and completely pissed off, because still, they have not explained why they havent been answering my questions, nor have they apologized, and if what they said is true, why didnt the inquire as to why I was contacting them?

I followed Etsys instructions to contact the Buyer first and if not satisfied, could open a case against them. Needless to say, Etsys instructions led me to an endless merry-go-round! I also went to search engines, trying to find phone numbers and none of them work!

At this stage, I am so upset with this whole issue!

A very unsatisfied customer

At the end, Valeria sent me an abbreviated return address; name/department was omitted and the state, I think the state, because all that they typed was a letter T and thats it!

I will NEVER purchase from them again! Horrific customer service and the quality of the item wasnt hardly worth the trouble!

Im also annoyed with Etsy as well, because it is close to impossible to contact them, even through email!

This whole process left a bad taste in my mouth with both companies! Lesson learned!

Didn't receive a fall wreath from a seller named Scott Shimer. I received an email stating that FedEx delivered it. I messaged Scott immediately telling him I didn't get it. He blamed his shippers. Noticed in his reviews on Etsy that several others didn't receive there's either. It's nearly impossible to reach Etsy. I used a PayPal cc and there filing a claim.d

Issues with account

Was out of state nearly a full yr on the family emergency that was learning our son had cancer. 7months of chemos I'll effects and were home. Idk if I missed an order or what but a lady ordered a basket & i did not ship it as it's still at my home. I can't reply to this now probably very angry customer or to the email notification. Plus I am locked out of my account I've had yrs now at a time when I desperately need to be selling items.

I made a purchase. The items arrived nothing like the photo. The size, quality and overall garment was awful! When I reached out to the company that sold it to me, Etsy reported the shop is CLOSED. Phone number for customer help is disconnected. They lied about my refund. Customer help is awful. Put me thru He## going from one app to another. FOR WHAT!! Couldn't understand what they were saying. Phone connection was terrible! I wish someone would do the samething to those rude workers as they did to me.
