Problem solving

I ordered the first time on Etsy, and a problem occurred when I placed the order, the wrong color was registered, when I received the order from the seller I saw I received the wrong color (30 items), so I contacted the seller and it turned out I had to pay shipping costs and custom for shipping back more then the value of the goods, I couldnt resolve the problem with the seller, I called Etsy customer service and they made the refund for me. Great customer support 100% Thank you Now I feel safe to try other sellers on Etsy

User unfriendly shopping

I want to give feedback to Etsy the company as a shopper.

Please stop. When I shop please show me the description, dont make me have to click to open it. Is it none of my business, irrelevant or secret? Same with shipping info. And I do not care to see a long column of reviews from others about other products. The description and shipping should be there. But I am here today because I was just trying TRYING to view an item and a window popped up blocking the photos I was TRYING to view telling me to buy it or keep shopping, it wont last. Nor do I need the Hurry its in someone basket! What is wrong with you? Stop. I will not shop here w so much frustration. You dont want buyers. Too bad.

User's recommendation: Annoying websit with great items. Sellers must be frustrated like buyers are. Simplicity would be so refreshing.

Having trouble with Etsy payment

I haven't received my August payment yet which is around $334 I have made several calls and still following up. So far I have attended three different customer representatives and I had been told to follow up with them give them envoy I'd which was provided earlier but as per my bank they haven't received any payment . Every month I receive payments from etsy in the same bank with no issues. I am hoping my payment will be clear soon.

Did not receive an item

Ordered opal lot quantity of 2 100 cts. Only received 1 n I believe shop did it on purpose thinking I wouldn't know. Messaged shop n they told me to order something else to receive my item or pay for shipping. Then they jus stop answering my messages when I told them no to both since it was their fault n I had bad experience when doing it B4. Etsy had to reimburse me n that made me happy considering how upset I was previously thinking I wouldAlwaysAlw out out money n product alwa

Response to communication with Etsy about product delivery

I received one of two necklaces I ordered. I reached out to Etsy and they responded in a timely matter. I thought they were responsive and thoughtful. I will use Etsy again.

Got an email

Etsy held my money but was not stated why in any of the sections they had. I called to explain and they then further explained that it was because I updated my bank details they were very helpful and all is now sorted.

Wrong addy for order

I was ordering this shirt off the app etsy and then I put the wrong address for the order it was a carti shirt my address is 1381 fire Thorne dr and I put 1380 by accident

I need to be able to get in contact with the buyers that Im purchasing merchandise from I dont care about this incident that happened while back with this certain buyer thats been forgotten about but there hasnt been any problems with anyone I cant get in contact with my buyers if I cant get in contact with them I will not be ordering on Etsy anymore that simple

Didn't receive item

Item says delivered, but I did not receive it and I wanted it for a trip I am taking on Thursday. After talking to apartment management, marked delivery and not receiving packages seems to be occurring a lot.

I have not receied an item i purchased 3 weeks ago

I was able to connect with a representative who put me in touch with the customer who had not yet mailed out my item that I had purchased. The customer had reached out to me via email however I ordered the item as a guest which is why I was unable to view its order status. I have since been in touch with the customer directly and Etsy helped me resolve the issue I am currently awaiting the product arrival. Thank you auntie!

Constant cancelations!

I have ordered so much stuff and only a handful of item's have been approved by etsy. I've been trying for days. I keep getting a bunch of cancelation emails saying they have canceled my order and removed it completely. This is so very frustrating! I've called my bank twice and my card is completely fine so there is litterly no reason as to why etsy keeps denying most of my orders and only accepting a few.

Unsuspending account

I created an account "Noka Garden" which obviously as it entails, for selling plants. I uploaded pictures and open the shop. In not even 12 hours i was notified i am suspended. I replied to unsuspend it but has not received a notifiction on the decision. Where obviously, i should be unsuspended? No illegal or violations have been done. It's new, what could go wrong or done by a new account. The emails- address-credit card all of them are fresh. Never been used before.
