Unlike eBay and Amazon...Etsy has absolutely NO way to contact them except online ..and even then it's iffy. They have NO CHAT and NO TELEPHONE service. I can't do business like that... ESPECIALLY without a chat system in place. I don't care how nice their offerings are...without proper and professional communications systems in place nice merchandise isn't of a y importance if the experience is frustrating.

User's recommendation: Try the other selling apps first...maybe they carry much of the same.

Taking to long to receive it. Next time I go with someone different for sure. Like Amazon or I could fave made it myself

While Etsy offers great diversity sadly their customer service is negative bupkis. They have no telephone number and especially maybe most importantly have never had nor have a chat feature...unlike their competitors eBay and Amazon...who have ALWAYS offered this as every company should. Because of this non existent customer service I've deleted my account.

User's recommendation: Avoid Etsy....Amazon and eBay have a tremendous selection plus wonderful communication methods.
