I need help. Can I please talk to a person.

My daughter has a store on Etsy.She had a surgery that went bad.She is currently in the hospital in CCU and on a ventilator.Her store needs to be temporarily closed.Orders have come in and I do not know how to take care of her customers. Please help

Never received my order

I made a purchase from Costly Pendant and they canceled my order without a refund or sending my pendant. Now I can't get in contact with no one from that store nor ESTY. It's been a couple months and I'm running out of options. Who do I contact if the website itself isn't there to talk to about resolving thus matter.

Product is heavely damaged and i am requesting either replacement (love product) or refund

The styrofoam frame is damaged on each corner and the mat has some kind of stain on it. Love the product and would like refund or replacement

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Etsy did not here from seller on my issue.

So they acted on the sellers behalf and did the right thing. They gave me a complete refund.

I did not even have to mess with returning the wrong merchandise. I can't say enough about praising Etsy now..

I ordered a flag from untamedmetalart. The site shows a polished red white and blue flag. Beneath it says select an option. Burnt style normal style polished style. I clicked on them all to see the differences. They all defaulted back to the polished red white and blue flag in the picture. So I clicked on polished thinking that I would be getting the red white and blue polished flag in the picture. Instead I received a polished steel flag that was never showed me when I clicked on the option polished. If you were to go to the site now and order one for yourself.You would run into the same problem.

User's recommendation: Make sure comfortable with your selections. You may not get the help you would like. If you get something other than what you expected.

The correct flag. But I don't think I should have to pay for return shipping. I don't see the original order as my mistake. That is why I don't think I should have to pay for return shipping.

I was unable to talk to someone on the customer service line I guess I have to go to esty.com And try to figure out how to return my items I would rather talk to someone over the phone would be much more easier

Etsy does not review my contact with seller information Nor resolve my problem with order. If they did I could have gotten it taken care of.

I ordered a metal flag for home. I was showed a polished red white and blue flag on web site. I had three options to chose from burnt flag normal flag and polished flag. I clicked on all three choices to see the difference in flag options. But every choice I clicked on what came up was the polished red white and blue flag. So I clicked on polished and I received a polished steel flag. I contacted seller and told him what happened. He told me no problem. I will send you a return label tomorrow and hopefully you will get the new flag this week yet. I did not.receive it yet. Over month ago. Today is march7th.

User's recommendation: If you shop on Etsy. Make sure you aren't going to need Etsy support. They want you to contact customer support first. That is alright but if you have a problem with them. You can't rely on Etsy support to help you.

Postal worker delivered it to the wrong address n I have sent you a voice message that the post office worker said it was delivered to the wrong address but they still haven't taken down there post that it was delivered to my address.can't seem to reach anyone.

User's recommendation: Do not order from y'all because y'all just takes people money n y'all do not seem to care. Y'all then claimed y'all sent out another package but it ended up in Bangkok Thailand Singapore.

Worst customer service ever

Account was suspended without an email explaining why, noone from customer support answers and open cases and even contacted some people through Linkedin and noone replied. I have 300 5 star reviews, did over 100k in 1 year sales and they just closed my account for no reason

User's recommendation: Setup your own website or join Amazon or Bonanza which have excellent seller services.

Undelivered gift card

Once I reached a live person the issue was quickly and satisfactorily settled. It was not easy to reach a person initially, but once I reached the correct website it was easy. I was very pleased with their swift response.

They shut me down a seller who Made everything by Hand. They are selling mostly cheap products that you can get from Walmart, they claim as Handmade items. Also so many shein and wish items also listed as Handmade. Why is Esty allowed to get away with this?
