No customer support, nothing but BS with being told to email or go to the web. I will spend my money where there is customer support I do not trust a company that you can not actually call to get help

Cant get in touch with anyone. Not the seller or Etsy Customer Service. Ill never shop Etsy again. I ordered a pair of eyeglasses. I got a notification asking me to rate the item because it was delivered. I sent the seller a message telling them I never got the item. After a few days I hadnt heard anything. Ive been trying to get in touch with someone at Etsy with no luck. I dont trust the seller. Today, I went on the app and there are no longer purchases or deliveries shown. So I'm out of $200.

My package never came and it was supposed to be here today

This is not OK my package never came its been over a month and a half that I ordered it no one has reached out to me I have only gotten one message saying that it is on the way there is no tracking number this is ridiculous

My order was canceled

I ordered a ring and directly after my order they canceled it. I got no reason why just canceled. I had the funds a good address. Seems they feel the need to pick and choose who buys from them and who doesnt. Just trying to get the perfect ring on a nice 50% discount and now with them canceling my order I missed the deal. Seems like they dont want to honor their deals.
