Absolutely no response from seller after 3 attempts regarding wrong goods received

Ordered a t-shirt in Large saying "Not Enough Sage For This *** (kind of appropriate for current situation) - received a totally different t-shirt in a medium size - have tried to contact seller three times and absolutely no response and trying to get help from Etsy is just as bad.

User's recommendation: If you continue to order from Etsy - good luck - but never order from ngbluedesign.

Not able to verify bank account

Every time I try to verify my bank account I never receive a code Who can help? I just spoke w an extremely rude customer service representative who told me to open my ears and listen to what Im saying. Ive told you 10 times what to do. He asked me to open the app which I had already done. Thanks for your help Melissa Hickson

Worst Customer Service EVER

I ordered and paid for a product 2 1/2 months ago. Never received, never contacted except from go-between seller waiting for product shipping date. Never heard from again. Requested multiple times for refund via seller. No response. Trying to contact Etsy but e-mail address posted by ETSY does not work; phone number posted by Etsy no longer valid. I have spent numerous hours trying to get the product that I paid for, but since it was a Christmas present (ordered a month before Christmas), so obviously no longer needed/wanted (missed Christmas) or valid. A REFUND IS ALL I WANT NOW To add insult to injury, at the bottom of this form asks if you want to contact ETSY by phone, invalid phone # listed!; or by e-mail,invalid e-mail address listed! And that is my major complaint. User's recommendation: Don't buy from ETSY

I cannot get any help from Etsy's customer service, EVER

I cannot reset my password because my email was hacked. You cannot reset your email unless you know your previous password. Its not excepting my previous password so you cannot do anything! This has been going on since April of 2022 and no reply from ETSY. Previously, you could speak to a human or a chat bot and get some help. When speaking to a human its just about the most pleasant and helpful thing ever but it just seems that ETSY could care less about its clients. AND THEIR MOTO IS...KEEP COMMERCE HUMAN???
