Package misdelivered, no customer service help!

I ordered a 9' cat pole. It shows delivered but on my deeper searching on the tracking, I found that FedEx shows it being delivered to Waterton. MA. The image shown with the image is a FedEx envelope. I have requested help from your customer service dept. several times with no help at all. I know understand why you call you C. S. dept, Pissed Customer. The name fits because your C. S. dept. Sucks! I doubt your company will respond to my situation, but be aware, my next step is contacting the BBB!

No delivery - no refund

Etsy evades the consumer, by not giving viable phone number, physical or mailing address nor having a customer service support. They claim to have support in place, it is blatant lie! I tried reporting the merchant through Etsy & it just circles back to merchant who charged my credit card, and refuses to give me a full refund and I do not have my office furniture!

User's recommendation: Don’t purchase anything through Etsy nor Handcrafted custom furniture!

This company is indifferent

I have had nothing but problems with Etsi; pages take ages to load, you cannot set-up your profile, and its help page is useless, as its automaton does not understand your questions. They are too indifferent to allow you a contact number and email address for support. You would be very wise not to use Etsi. There are many better similar companies, companies which care that you exist and are always willing to help their customers.
