Verified ReviewerNever got a refund for a wrong item sent that was damaged
I received a leather jacked that was scratched, had dark spots all over the jacket in December. More to add it was a different jacket as the one I ordered was cropped and had different design.
I contacted seller right the way and this misery has been going on for 9 months now. Each time I would send them a message to follow up and a different person would respond and ask to explain what happen and send pictures of the jacket, I probably have done that 5 times. Seller would promise me to refund If I change review to a good one, but then all of a sudden started to negotiate and tell me that they don't make much money on the product, and they can refund if I pay shipping fee. Next time I texted the seller changed their mind and said that would refund me only 40% and then 50 then 60.
It was extremely difficult each time to get an answer, as I would need to text multiple times and wait days and weeks. It's been no response for over 5 months, I don't need a wrong and damaged item!
since its been more than 100 days since purchase(not my fault) I cant file a case and the number of USA customer service is not answering since no longer in service. Can anyone help me with that ?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was talking with customer support, first, they ask me to deal with PayPal, and when I refused, they sent me the rest of money.

You need help with: An item is different from what I expected

Note for seller: Last year, I ordered these tags for my Christmas stockings - you can see the image in the first picture. I went to my old order and clicked on buy again to buy more because I needed more tags for new stockings.
If you look in the shops reviews - I am not the first person that this has happened to and as you can see the person from the store basically was saying "Not our problem and that they have a no return policy".
I believe that this store should have cancelled that item so when you hit reorder you couldn't reorder and created a new item that was smaller - I would have never ordered from this store and I won't again. I have never been treated so poorly from any store on Etsy.

Upon signing up for an Etsy seller account, I was not made aware of any monthly fees associated with the platform. However, I have now received bills for these fees without any prior notification or explanation.
This lack of transparency is both disappointing and concerning.
Furthermore, I have not received payment for the sales I have made on Etsy, which compounds my frustration and disappointment. As a seller, it is crucial for me to have trust in the platform's financial transactions and to receive timely payments for my products.
During my call, I encountered a customer service agent, Lester, who, regrettably, exhibited a dismissive and uncooperative attitude. Instead of addressing my issue and providing a solution, the agent repeatedly parroted my questions back to me without offering any meaningful assistance. It was clear that they were not interested in resolving my concerns but rather in frustrating me further.
Despite my repeated requests to speak with a supervisor or someone with more authority to address my issue, the agent refused to transfer me.
This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your company's commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with respect and provided with the necessary support when I encounter problems or have questions. This experience has left me with a negative impression of your company and its customer service standards.
