ETSY SELLER REVIEW

Have been an Etsy seller for approx. two years. They are an unbelievable lot! All they do is monitor your site. Have read they spend 80% of their budget policing sellers - and believe me they do! What's okay to sell one day isn't okay the next (had to deactivate over 200 items). So, in the spirit of cooperation, was in the process of reusing the ads with different products. Now, they changed dates on my deactivated ads and made them expired - without crediting my account -and I paid for those 200 ads! They just shut down your store when ever they want, don't answer you emails for days... I find their behavior ridiculous and really hard to work with! Obviously they are not interested in retaining active sellers.

I'm a BRAND NEW seller and customer on etsy. I have not made a purchase yet nor been able to sell anything because my account was instantly suspended. They said to check my email for the reason and of course there was nothing there. I've never been affiliated with etsy before whatsoever....in face I just recently heard about them. Wth is their problem? They don't return emails, don't call when you request one. I mean wtf!!?

I never received my order and they closed my case because they had tracking that said it was delivered. It was a customized order why would I lie about something I wanted to give as a gift! I will never shop on etsy again!!!!

Bought a dress from #Clothes4Girls for a toddler. what I received was a poor quality,unfinished dress that had to return. It looked like a "fail" from pinterest. We agreed I would send it back and get it on time for a trip I had. But did not get it back on time...

I ordered monogramed cuff links from Brittany at Everything Decorated. I never received. After several emails, she is ignoring me now. She told me I had to check with my post office, which I did. They claimed they delivered. She put the burden on me. She said she would also check with the post office. Its been 2 months since I ordered them and I have not heard from her since June. I want a replacement or refund. They were only $25. Surely she must have some kind of insurance. It should be something you have to sign for. They were a gift.

Myras collection is the company. The company is a fraud and it is through Etsy. It's a fake website, everything is fake about them. They pretended to mail it by using one usps and sending it another usps. They have no merchandise when you bring it up! Yet they took my money immediately once the order was placed! I will never order from Etsy again

Sending items I don't want | Etsy review from Wilmington, North Carolina

Frances Martin is sending me items I did not order. The first order came with no bill/notice etc. Today I received another one. I am sending it back un-opened. The paper can be used but I don't want something that I can use when I want to. You are sending me things I don't want. Don't Want, Don't Want I have tried for 3 days to find and send an e-mail to the sender. The only way I can do that is to set up an account with you. Why would I want to do that when you can't seem to have any where to send a complaint. I am going to the expense of mailing it back. I should not have to do this for something I never ordered. Walmart tried to pull the same thing on me but at least I could go to the order form and cancel it out. I have yet find any order form to cancel. Shirley J Lang Shirley J Lang

How does a person order anything or obtain information? They dont take call! Very bizarre. Email doesnt work. They are seemingly a business that makes it impossible to do business! Zero customer service So here is my question: Etsy if you make your company unreachable for people to make inquiries to purchase an item, then i have to assume that returns would be impossible. Why are you so unreachable?

I ordered paper, and it was shipped, but I never received the item. When I contacted Easy about this, their response was "make sure someone else in the neighborhood didn't take it, that would be crummy, or call the post office and find out why they left it by your door so someone could take it instead of your mail box, there's nothing I can do about this". We have lived here for over 25 years and have had packages left on our porch constantly and never has anything been taken before. Any other vendor would have offered to send out a replacement for $18 rather than risk having their reputation destroyed for this. Worst customer service ever, STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR!
