Etsy lost all my purchase information. There is no place to complain.

About 2 weeks ago I got locked out of my Etsy account. I could not reach this vendor for love or money. There is no chat room that is accessible. There is no live person to field complaints. There is in fact no place to email the way I am doing here. I somehow found a way of getting a message through (can't retrieve that now; nothing works, again), and then was told by a robot message that Etsy would be in touch with me. Nothing happened. But then suddenly I was able to sign in to Etsy. The only thing is, it was for purchases I'd made two years ago. None of my recent purchases is accessible Therefore I cannot return anything. Therefore I cannot see to whom I paid what. I will NEVER. NEVER. NEVER. NEVER! buy frm this vendor again. There are some stores on its list where the people seem nice. But it is not worth this hassle. Also: PAYPAL is also a terrible way to run one's charges because one cannot keep easy track of them.

Yes I was a little torn and devastated by everything I heard of Tess being a scam and I know she couldn't be because if she was a scam she wouldn't have so many positive feedback on her work that she has done for others

This was my first time I've been on Etsy and bought something from Tess out of my heart honestly I was a little debated when this Shuan person told me she was a scam. But than again how can she be a scam when she have hundreds of good feedback and real people saying how the things they form her worked... I still have my faith in her and if it is a scam oh well I didn't lose our on no big money anyway with the 25 dollar discount... So my faith in her still stand and I'm happy to work with her

Ok I don't know why everyone else is here. All I know is today on etsy I had a message from Shaun Farrington after I left reviews for mystic Coventry. I don't know who he is or why he did this. If he really is trying to help thank you but I went back and emailed others with positive reviews posted. So hopefully this confusion ends

I have sent the pic of the crocheted top I have received to LanaGato I normally let things slide but I spent a lot of money on these two items for which I only received one. Joni Morton (Peters) I just want to resolve this as quick as possible. I order a lot on line. Now I am rethinking online and going back to brick and mortar stores. Never got what I ordered | Etsy review from Dickens, Texas

Ordered 2 stuffed animals that were to have grandchildren names and other info embroidered on them in October of last year thinking I would have them by Christmas and here it is April of 2015 and I have never gotten them. My credit card was charged for them a week after order was placed. Never again will I go through this site. The name of the site was my wooby and me and the ladies name was Chris. Have sent numerous emails thru etsy and always get the same canned reply. At this point would like to know how to send Chris a email or call her. Just want my money back.

Unfortunately I don't think there's anything you can do now.

You have a certain number of days to open a case for item not received. I think you long surpassed that deadline.

Why did you wait 4 months after Christmas to do something about this?
