I received an order of 29 pairs of pine wood Pickup Art stretcher bars, which was sent paid for and received. But they do not fit together, so cannot be used. I bought a pair of earrings from ITS ALL CULTURE and the earrings weren’t what I expected and I asked for a refund. The seller offered to send a refund but had to put it on the original form of paymen

but the original form of payment was compromised and I no longer have that card. So they cant give me a refund because I dont have that card anymore!! So. Now Im stuck with ugly earrings and out of $100!!!

User's recommendation: Don’t buy from Etsy. If you loose your card or it’s stolen they won’t give you a refund!!

Etsy - and probably PayPal - has a disregard for Privacy

I purchased ONE item through ETSY. I did NOT setup an Etsy account. I paid using PayPal. I then began receiving Spam/Marketing emails on a more than daily basis from Etsy in my email using my PayPal unique email address which I NEVER gave to Etsy (or anyone other than PayPal) for that matter. If I try to UNSUBSCRIBE, it asks me to logon to my Etsy account : WHICH I DON'T HAVE!!!

User's recommendation: Avoid this unscrupulous company that finds and uses an email address that they have not been given permission to use.

Hi iv got a customer that is being unpleasant. Ive posted her pot and it was returned to me on Sunday by Royal mail has it been crashed so I have replaced it and sent a new one out last night which is Sunday the 21st the customer is demanding rudely a refund when Ive already posted the item twice I feel Ive done everything I can Ive posted it Its been brought back to me damaged and Ive replaced it and sent her another one first class what can I do this?
