Have been waiting and waiting for email to reset my password (their idea) since I couldn't for some reason log into my account! Still haven't gotten the email so it's going to be really hard to sell on Etsy..........let alone buy on there as well. I've emailed them since you can't contact them any other way and still no response. I think they keep forgetting that in order for them to make money they need sellers and buyers!!!!!!!!!!!!!
User's recommendation: Even though they're cheaper to list and ship fees are less than eBay.......consider eBay.

I have placed more than 3 orders with Etsy and only 1 has been delivered. I'm waiting to receive still 3 orders since more than 2 months now. I'm trying to contact the sellers to give me a tracking number only then I can check the status with the DUBAI customs ( I'm residing in United Arab Emirates). There are no tracking number provided on my orders still to track. its all showing as shipped from supplier in my Etsy account. I purchased a product via Etsy on 12/08/2021 for $20.57, my credited card was billed and paid, and I got my shipment as promised. However, Etsy charged on my credit card again on 12/21/2021 for $32.90 without my authorization and I didn't even know what was 12/21/2021 for and I had never received any shipment for that order. I had sent an email complaint without any response....... I even tried to contact the Etsy helpdesk twice without any success. I feel this company is not trustworthy........how could they store my credit card info on their database to charge my card without my authorization. I am requesting a full refund and apologies given it was only $32.90.....

Remove my signing in email I can't read my order's.
Stop the email sign in. I can't even read my orders. Stop blocking me from my reviewing my orders stop it. Remove the sign in. You have no right to block me from viewing my oredres.

Ordered X-Large jacket, receive on e way too small.
I contacted ebay and was given the address of the seller. I returned the jacket to them but so far have not received a return of a reply. ebay responded quickly and provided the information I needed.

Hello. I had a problem with my PayPal account associated with my Etsy account and now I cant seem to pay for any item from Etsy without having a PayPal account. I want to use my debit card but Etsy only has PayPal as an option which I find incredibly frustrating.

Esty is horrible
Esty is a horrible company. Can't even reach them. That's not a good company. No customer service. I can't believe the stuff they put you through and you can't speak to anyone. Wish I knew who I could complain to. They take your money and if there is a problem you can't reach them. The play this email game with you. And they are never getting an order from me again. I just want to look at my order and can't. I'm blocked because they want me to log in to see my order. They have no right to do that.
