I am abroad and cannot contact via Search and interestingly, etsy emails me via automated bot messages instead of real people. They do not look at my objections, they are not interested or I think it is an e-commerce platform without communication support.

Question about error in order amount
My friend is trying to place an order for 3 items. Etsy has the wrong total and is charging a shipping fee which should be free for a $52 order. It says she owes $74.11 which is inaccurate. Please help. It should be $53.10.

Your store limeandsalt did not send me my purchased 18k gold earrings. I am supposed to receive this on May 16, 2023. Please investigate limeandno recommendedsalt store. Please look at my attached purchase at Maria Hernaez. She kept on promising that l will receive my purchase but she cannot give me the exact date of arrival! Elan, the owner of the shop looked very suspicious

Since the item I had legally sold was fraudulently reported by buyer as not received and a chargeback initiated by Etsy and then reversed to me as a credit. I would like to know exactly when funds will be released for the item I had sold on Etsy. Also, since this item I sold did not violate any of Etsy's policies; but a listing for an item you say did and I have since removed it from your site. You are holding my funds for an item that didn't violate Etsy's policies but for a listing that did and has since been removed. The suspension was placed, I believe after the sale of my item which was listed and sold on April 2nd. So if and when I create a listing that your organization states is in violation of your terms of use and has no relevance to funds that are in question, your organization can hold my funds for perfectly legal sales for an item not sold but listed as you deem ( violating your terms of service)? Can you quote me the exact verbage in your terms of use where this is stated? User's recommendation: Beware
