I have moved. I have not received packages and I need to update my address.

I was not able to talk to a live person. I have only been able to leave messages on emails. I never received my current order and I need to update my address from my future orders. I placed an order over a week ago and it still didnt ship so I messaged the seller only to receive an automated message back saying the shop is now closed down and I have been trying to contact Etsy for a refund and I cant get in contact with anyone, the phone numbers are disconnected and they keep saying message seller which I already have down. Item never shipped

I ordered a vacuum on oct 5th and it had a delivery date of oct 13. This item is showing it never shipped. Have atempted contact with seller several times with no response. Your app says wait 48 hrs and open a case however no link provided for this after 3 days. My account was billed for this on the 6th of oct and as of the 16th of oct i have received nothing and my money was taken. Any help here is appreciated. Also paypal is on this too!!!

Have not received my order

I have not received my order - Order # 303362****. I placed an order a few weeks ago. The last email said it would be delivered by October 17th. Today is the 20th and I have not yet received my merchandise. It is disappointing that there is no number provided to customers to reach out to the company with concerns and issues.

Nothing has changed, and I have had no contact by Etsy!

Etsy has never responded and I still have the same issue! I seriously doubt that I am the only one with this issue! I am sure that sellers are missing out on lots of sales and they probably dont even know it! They have blocked both of my email accounts without even letting me know why! I would not sell anything on crapsty for any reason!

Hi There, I got my first sale on Little T Bear - Very exciting. I was trying to download the Etsy Seller app and the App told me my store on Etsy had been suspended. Please advise what is happening? Etsy did nothing to help me but I was to go to different sites

Norma from Mother and Son bought a pretty piece of stained glass it did not work. spoke to Norma said, n o problem send it back you have 30 days. this conversation started early. I sent it back. I text Norma many times to see if it arrived. After many text she said it did not. I had a copy of receipt from P.O. tracking # said it was picked up. Norma said it was not her. she cannot do anything about it. I do not have a refund.Norma does not have the piece of glass but has my money. I shop at Etsy a lot. but no one is taking responsibility. instead I have text this complaint many times. HELP
