I had my easy account hacked today. The *** who did it changed the related email address and password. I received an email stating that the email address had been changed, but as soon as that was done, my password was already different.
Within only a couple minutes, my bank account was charged almost $600 from that account. I contacted my bank to get that part fixed, but Etsy has NOT responded to my two emails, my mother's email, or my new Etsy account's message. There is NO phone number for Etsy.
If a response is provided, I will gladly provide a retraction, but I am not holding my breath.
