I believe that the decision was wrong:
The Buyer reported a case for my shop asking for full refund because the item damaged and not as descripted
From the first day I knew the buyer opinion I asked him to send the item back to my address, once I receive the item as he received I will full refund his money plus the shipping cost, is that wrong?
But he did not answer me and went to report my shop,
1) This item is completely handmade which means the design maybe vary
2) the buyer did not send any pics proof that the item damage
I said that for Etsy admin but he said at least the item is not as description
Finally after too much talking the buyer shipped the item back on 27 of July
Then I was surprised that the Etsy admin said I must full refund the buyer before August 3 , while he should advise me to make a refund after I receive my item , is it correct?
I replied to Etsy admin but he did not answer me
Cause if the item arrived damage or lost not arrived, what can we do ?!!!!
Then no one (Etsy or me) can back my money, is it logic or legal ?!!!
Is this way protect your sellers ?
Today my account was suspended because this case
Please review this case carefully to get a proof for every word I said
