It says someone went wrong when I try to checkout won’t allow me to check out for some reason. Can you fix that as well?

I havent received my refund yet on my products. I requested a refund from my bank and I never received my products I purchased so is it possible

Is it possible I can receive a refund on the products I purchased that I never received products and some reason they are canceled because the place for this sold demand right before I got *** off they were out business so can I get a refund on my products on my unlike Gift card I only got 15 credits and also I wont be ablepp cant eat wrong when I triedpp go to check out if something went wrong, can you fix that error? Were saying something went wrong and also give me my refund because I requested for Im asking nicely. Please fix my account and Im so submit. This is the appeal option and please fix my account where I can purchase my item. I I sent you images of the how much money I was supposed to receive back to my Gift card another day and whats going on with my account when I try to check out it says something went wrong.
