What customer service??? There is no valid phone #, to call customer service, I want to return the Butterfly Ring I bought, I am so disappointed, the butterflys, will not stay on top while wearing this Ring, they slide down under the ring & cannot see butterflies at all, unless I turn my hand over!!! What Now!!!

Never got any help because your system is awful. Etsy needs a customer phone number.

Makes very hard not to be able to talk to some one about checking to see if item is in stiock or if ever will be. Charge $5 to check on item. No way. Will possible think hard about future orders .
And I really need an item but no way to see if you have. Purchased one but need another as you only had one at that time in stock.Be we a ry

Hi,
I am a digital seller and got permanently suspended on Etsy as one man saw that I made a mistake while creating offers and took my $3,000. It's my mistake.
But there is a problem that it's already been 210 days since the date of the ban, but I still have not received my funds that lasted after all refunds.
There has been no action from email support. I wrote to them a lot during the 2 months after the 180-day ban, but there has been no action from them.

- No help

Hello, I rarely buy stuff online, but I trusted the Etsy service, which is heavily advertised on TV. After a long wait, my purchased organic yoga mat arrived.
When I opened the bag, OMG, it smelled awful, like strong chemicals. I washed it twice, but the smell is still unbearable, and now the whole house smells bad. I left a review, and the seller reached out to me, saying, 'If you change your review to 5 stars, I'll give you a refund.' What a scam! I would like to dispute this transaction.
The yoga mat misleads innocent buyers with false advertising. Thanks, Jagaa B.

I made the call; there are no phones for Etsy in the US. The only way to contact them is through email or on their website.
They have blocked my account, so I couldn't write to them. Therefore, I created a new account and talked to them on their help forum. They told me they would get someone to help me, but they never did.
I screenshot all conversations. I've been trying to get a refund since 12/06/2024.

Humble Request for second chance honest mistake and full resqest for Etsy policies
Dear Etsy Support Team,
First of all, I would like to thank you for your time and efforts in maintaining the integrity and trust of the Etsy marketplace. I truly respect the work you do.
Im reaching out with a sincere heart and deep hope to ask for one more opportunity regarding my account, which was recently deactivated due to a policy violation.
After carefully reviewing your policies, I now realize that listing both a low-cost digital file and physical print-on-demand (POD) items in the same shop was a mistake.
At the time, I was still learning the ropes of selling on Etsy, and my intention was never to break any rules. I simply misunderstood how product types should be properly categorized and presented.
My store was connected to both Printify and Printful, and my main goal was to sell authentic POD products such as T-shirts. Unfortunately, I added a digital product for $1 thinking it might help attract traffic and visibility and that was a poor decision based on inexperience, not bad intent.
Im currently enrolled in an Etsy-focused training program to better understand how to run a compliant and professional shop. Ive also invested time and money into preparing for this journey and I deeply regret losing my chance due to this early mistake.
I respectfully and humbly ask if its possible to reopen my account, even under closer review or limited access, to allow me to prove that I can operate within Etsys guidelines with full respect and professionalism.
Please know that Im passionate about building a real and honest business on Etsy.
I dont take this opportunity lightly for me, its not just a side project, its a way to change my life for the better.

I feel like I was tricked by Lorenza Talevi from Italy who sold me a necklace she assured me was silver, but it’s not silver after I tested it. I feel awful losing $380 for a common metal.
I don't know how much resolve I need to keep moving. It seems you don't want to receive negative issues.
Lorenza Talevi from Wanderlust Ethnics is a scammer and the site Etsy banned me for being rude. How could I be losing $380 for a common metal when she said its high level silver?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. i created a case
I was asking for the process of return & exchange .
After a long chat with the case c created I was told no return no exchange .
And I will get a credit of 40% from the purchased amount
This is ridiculous it's you who sent the wrong order on the first place but very insistent that I was the one who made a wrong order , I took a picture & attached what I ordered but they said no to rerun no to exchange. What do you want me to do with those shirts that I won't be able to wear since they're super big.
I used to order in the past from Etsy but this stressful experience had given me a lesson never place an order since there's no return nor even exchange .And never recommend to colleagues & friends

I ordered 4 different succulents, but what I received were all seeds (which they didn't inform me of when I placed the order). I expected plants, not seeds.
This is deception. Etsy should check its sellers before they are allowed to do this to their customers.
Can I return these, please? If my problem isn't solved, I will never order anything from Etsy again and will let all my friends and family know how poorly Etsy treats its customers.

I wouldn't buy from certain places on here because you don't get your product or money back or a replacement of the item.
I'm mad I didn't get my product or a refund. I should either get my money back or another one for the one that didn't get sent to me.
