Ordered a saxophone gig bag from MG LeatherWorks on Sept 24th. I have not received it yet!
I contacted Makim many times but received the same generic answer. I asked for a full refund, but he refuses. Just the same generic answer. I am frustrated at this point.
Etsy has been virtually no help at all.
I am unable to contact Etsy and speak with a person to resolve.

Terrible box that fit the item so tight that I have to cut one side of the box

I dont have the courage to order furniture pieces in the future unless they come from my state or very close to me

Closed Store with no legitimate reasoning
My store was closed for IP infringement after multiple bogus claims that Etsy will not allow a new seller to appeal. This is not a fair process as I have no recourse to defend myself against fraudulent claims.

Resolved: Purchased item and I can’t get it to work.
Company representative didn’t resolve the issue. The representative quit helping me.
I found a workaround after two days to resolve the issue. I would hesitate buying their product.
Purchased a PeakMesh Magnet Climber Solar Radio Node and I can't get it to work. I would like to get some assistance or a refund.

Want my account reinstated.
Esty suspended my account and I have no idea why. I have purchased many things from them and have been very happy for those items and all the vendors I have purchased from were nice and help.
I just want to be able to use my account again as I'm having trouble finding some of the things we need to complete projects we have started.
