Package got shipped to the wrong place
The package is in Arizona. I live in Louisiana.
Obviously, that isn't anywhere close to me. I sent him the address, and he shipped it wrong.

My package was sent to another address
I order a stitch and Angel cake topper for my wedding I got a email that it was delivered and when I check said delivered to a address in *** I also contacted the seller no response I also check my address on the Etsy website and it my address but it was sent to another address. I do have pictures and proof it was sent to *** and not my address.

Is it possible I can receive a refund on the products I purchased that I never received products and some reason they are canceled because the place for this sold demand right before I got *** off they were out business so can I get a refund on my products on my unlike Gift card I only got 15 credits and also I wont be ablepp cant eat wrong when I triedpp go to check out if something went wrong, can you fix that error? Were saying something went wrong and also give me my refund because I requested for Im asking nicely. Please fix my account and Im so submit. This is the appeal option and please fix my account where I can purchase my item. I I sent you images of the how much money I was supposed to receive back to my Gift card another day and whats going on with my account when I try to check out it says something went wrong. The return tracking number is 953461****876135****85. The item was Delivered to the seller:[GEOGRAPHIC_DATA], [GEOGRAPHIC_DATA] 18936 on May 19, 2026 at 7:27 am I have messaged the seller several times with no success.
The seller received the returned item but is not responding to me about refunding my payment. The shoes were too small, so I had to return them, and the seller is not cooperative. I don't have the shoes anymore; therefore, I am unable to take a photo, which I guess is a requirement for verification of the return.

Still not answreing me and trasnfering the money i get on etsy after selling

A lot told me to use a Plaid paid like Tangerine in *** because, okay, *** might not work, but I'm so tired of talking to an AI on Etsy. I don't know what to do if they still don't want to resolve my problem with the Etsy shop linked to my bank accounts, *** or Tangerine. I follow the process to resolve it, and it still doesn't work...
I will stop selling on Etsy if they keep rejecting me and my issue. I have the feeling of giving free products to people when it costs me $100 per week.

- - I ordered a tag for my Audi and didn't receive it.
- - I was told it would arrive by Apr 17, then Apr 18-21, but it never shipped.

I ordered a tag for my Audi, actually, few weeks back, and they told me that it would have been there by around the April 17. Then I got another message saying that it would come on the eighteenth, between the eighteenth and the twenty first, and no one's been contacting me.
I didn't know because I cannot I can't flag the package because it it was never sent. But then, I guess, one of the representatives, ***, reached out to me because I left a couple of messages. I couldn't call anyone. And still to still to this day, I don't know where the package is.
I don't know if it was either shipped. I don't know any like, I paid for an item that I don't have. And I'm trying to figure out who's gonna send me my item or who's gonna send me my money back, One or the other. I'm not gonna sit around and wait two, three months for a a tag that costs $12 as as as the principle.
If you got a good company, you got a good company.
No one wants bad reviews for their company. So please, someone send me my pack.

Never received my order

Refund delayed after wrong-card issue
- - Refund requested June 29 for unshipped order from Mandala Rugs, and messages remained unanswered.
- - Etsy attempted refund July 8 with wrong card.
I ordered a ride from Mandala Rugs Store on Etsy June 25. On June 29, I requested a refund because it hadn't shipped yet and I found a better price elsewhere.
My communications went unread and unanswered. I attempted to reach Etsy again and, after several attempts, got a customer service representative who got rude and smart with me, saying they refunded my order. So I called my financial institution, and they confirmed Etsy tried to refund the order but used the wrong card information on July 8. So again I contacted Etsy and again got nowhere with a rude representative.
So if they had the correct information to take the money, then they should have it to refund the money. I'm STILL trying to get my money back!

Yeah. I call these people for my money, buy them seeds they send me when I order trees, and they send me seed.
And nobody hadn't got in touch with me yet, but I want my money back for a refund. Y'all taking people money like they don't need it.

I’m still waiting for someone to resolve my issue
My advice is never order any merchandise. I didn’t receive any merchandise but Etsy deducted $45.00 from my account. Complaints doesn’t solve anything.
01/28/26 $48.00 was deducted from my account. I never received any merchandise, it has been 11 business days and I want a refund
