Incorrect email
It's clearly close to impossible to change an incorrect email or to get help to do so! Ive sent two email and no one has responded. There is a phone number to call but it says its disconnected! No live chat to get help. Your basically on your own to fend for Yourself.

Hi, My order number is 282012**** Diamante Butterfly Choker Gold and Silver Butterfly charms butterfly Pendant Rhinestone Dainty Necklace Love Island Birthday Gift Via Luxe Gift Shop Lincoln . Received parcel on the 15th March given to my friend on her birthday 20th March and one of the Butterflies had come of i have sent email to yourselves and Luxe and had no response. i have also sent photos and heard nothing. Need help on my order
Never got to talk to a person and I am having a major problem and I can't get in touch with them. Etsy.com is a big company and they have no way to get in touch w with yall. I have had to get in touch with other people like who I paid for the item and even they said you can't get in touch with them. I am trying to get a refund and I don't understand. The seller has responded but we never resolved it and I still can't get in touch with Etsy
User's recommendation: If you are buying from Etsy make sure you want it and make sure what you get it not damaged or you will be wondering how you are going to get your money back because if you have a problem you will not have a way to talk to them. There are big companies like Sony Nintendo and others and you can't get in touch with Etsy. I don't understand.
