Unresponsive to Fraud Claim | Etsy

I discovered a fraudulent charge from an ETSY account. The hacker was smart enough to change my user name and password so I am unable to access any way to contact ETSY other than e-mail. I sent an urgent message Saturday and as of 1200 Monday have heard nothing from anyone representing the company. This is terrible customer service and I am extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism. I am currently left helpless with an empty bank account and a pile of NSF fees from my bank for the multiple attempts that were made at removing every bit of money that I have to my name. My two kids really appreciate your lack of response and their lack of lunch money.

They deactivated my account right after I made my first sale. I did not receive any email from Etsy about it.

Instead Etsy acts like my account was still there and continue to send notification emails from teams.

It is a good thing that did it just after one sale and not several but come on Etsy at least tell me the reason why you did it and not make me email you about it. By the way, I did not email them because honestly after how they act, I don't think it's worth it.

Disclaimer, I am an Etsy seller, not an employee or affiliated with them in any way: If your account has been suspended due to an outstanding balance or non payment of your seller fees, head to "Your Finances" tab. Select "Your Etsy Bill".

You should have a warning at the top letting you know that you have an outstanding balance and a link to pay it (It's happened to me before when my business account got shut down after a fraud alert). If for some reason that doesn't work, select "make a manual payment" to the right of your balance due. If it's another reason, you can contact Etsy through the help desk.

I'd also check your email to see if you received a suspension notification, it should give you steps to correct it.

I just woke up to emails saying someone changed my account password then changed the email address associated with my account. I'm pretty sure about 5-6 years ago the same thing happened.

Why is there no verification of the previous email address? They've set it up in a way that makes it insanely easy for people to just steal your account!

You offer customer service but yet your phone number in Brooklyn N.Y. is not in service. So just exactly how is a customer suppose to contact someone. So we just write an email and wait a week or two or who knows how long for a response. Im trying to set an account up and i am having trouble with it. I suppose that Etsy does not want new customers. They will not investigate my dispute ... Or will they let me provide evidence ... And the removed my negative feedback ... My mailing address on my Etzy account says one address and my PayPal says another ... Etzy says that when I purchase, the mailing address automatically goes to my paypal address but I have an email from the seller that states that Etzy and the them (the seller) never get my PayPal details and that I entered the wrong address ... They are the worst liers and should be banned from selling to Australian consumers ... Do not use their website! Etzy don't even have the guts to call me.
