I received this email:
This is Nicole from Etsy's Marketplace Integrity team. Thank you for your interest in selling on Etsy.
Based on inconsistencies we reviewed in your account information, we have reason to believe that your business presents a significant risk to the marketplace and we can no longer accommodate your account(s) on Etsy.
We ask that you please do not open any additional Etsy accounts; they will be closed immediately and without notice.
Regardless of your account status, you remain obligated to fulfill any open orders by shipping the items or issuing a full refund. We also ask that you pay your outstanding balance.
If you would like to contact your buyers directly, you can find their email address on the purchase notification email you received from Etsy or on your PayPal transaction receipt.
If you do not fulfill open Direct Checkout orders within the next 30 days (or by the date specified in Admin correspondence), Etsy will refund buyers on your behalf, and you will owe Etsy all accrued debts. Etsy may contact the appropriate authorities and send unpaid balances to collections.
We have found it necessary to delay disbursements from your Shop Payment Account. Your SPA has been delayed until
The delay will be lifted and the remaining balance in your Shop Payment Account will be deposited into your bank account after the 60-day period allotted for cases to be filed against your shop. Should you fail to resolve these cases directly with the buyer, Etsy may intervene in one week and issue refunds on your behalf.

We're sorry that we cannot continue our business relationship and wish you the best in finding the appropriate venue for your items.
