I have tried contacting customer service for 2 days and have yet to receive a response. Someone has stolen my account information and has fraudulently charged over $200 with etsy.

First off, that totally sucks, I'm so sorry. If you still haven't gotten a response from Etsy, contact your bank.

Their fraud protection division should be able to help you reverse the charges and issue you a new card.

While you do that, make sure you change all your passwords for both Etsy and email, Facebook, too if you use that to log in or have it tethered. Good luck!
