I have been billed over $200 and only purchased one item for $37. I've been billed over $20 for 11 months.
Cannot get a hold of customer service either via phone or email. I was never notified that I was being charged and was only able to figure it out via Mint.com. The billing started in 10/2015 went through 12/2015 and resumed in 5/2016 through 9/2016 when I finally noticed and closed my account.
The number posted for customer service does not work, so you are forced to wait for a response via email or telephone. If this has happened to you as well, please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
