Ordered 2 stuffed animals that were to have grandchildren names and other info embroidered on them in October of last year thinking I would have them by Christmas and here it is April of 2015 and I have never gotten them. My credit card was charged for them a week after order was placed.

Never again will I go through this site. The name of the site was my wooby and me and the ladies name was Chris. Have sent numerous emails thru etsy and always get the same canned reply.

At this point would like to know how to send Chris a email or call her. Just want my money back.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $90.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Unfortunately I don't think there's anything you can do now.

You have a certain number of days to open a case for item not received. I think you long surpassed that deadline.

Why did you wait 4 months after Christmas to do something about this?
