I placed a custom order with a shop called lolasitas. There was never an estimated time of delivery set since the shop owner had to make the item.

I purchased it on January 13th. Had not received in February so I contacted the owner saying it was the next order she was going to do. March came I kept contacting her and she kept saying it would come. She said it shipped on March 22nd, but I didn't see it was marked until April.

I tried to file a complaint with etsy but they are stating they can not help since it was too long past the original purchase date.

I have a record of all of our conversations stating that she was getting to the order and now the shop is closed and the owner will not respond. I am out $100 and the owner gets to keep my money or steal might be the better word with no help from etsy.

Monetary Loss: $100.
