I found some chairs I liked on Etsy. I tried to send the seller a question and I was required to set up an account.
The seller never responded to my question. When I tried to give feedback to Etsy, I found they have no way to give them feedback. They don't care. I closed the account and will never use them again.
Their sellers will lose customers as Etsy made it impossible to provide feedback or reach any type of customer service.
It's another company that wants our money but doesn't care if you have an issue. It seems that the executives at Etsy make a lot more money by ensuring no customer service.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
I didn't like: Seller never responded and etsy has no way to reach them.
