I purchased a bracelet on 6/11/2017, an online store, Esty, life force energy. Upon arrival I was not pleased with its actual appearance ( perhaps the photography made the bracelet much more attractive).

I informed the seller of same and returned it on 6/20/2017, in the same condition that it was received including the original invoice and package. Today, 7/14/2017, I have still not received my refund to my credit card. This is my First experience I've shopped with Esty.

I am very disappointed and upset with this seller (life force energy) who still has not refunded my payment for the returned item. I should inform potential customers to be aware of the consequences
