Not resolved

I purchased a bracelet on 6/11/2017, an online store, Esty, life force energy.Upon arrival I was not pleased with its actual appearance ( perhaps the photography made the bracelet much more attractive).

I informed the seller of same and returned it on 6/20/2017, in the same condition that it was received including the original invoice and package. Today, 7/14/2017, I have still not received my refund to my credit card. This is my First experience I've shopped with Esty.

I am very disappointed and upset with this seller (life force energy) who still has not refunded my payment for the returned item.I should inform potential customers to be aware of the consequences
