On October 28, 2021 i ordered a wreath in good faith from Our Range. It is now December 3, and i have had no contact with the sellers.

I have sent three emails and have heard nothing but crickets from them. My debit cleared on October 29 for $38.30. To date, NOTHING. I did read some of the comments while i was on their "page" and it doesn't sound good.

They are on vacation or something like that and then then next time, it said something like we aren't taking any more orders. They comments also said the wreaths are awful...not near what the picture looked like.

Can you possibly help me out. I will NOT be buying or referring anyone to ETSY until this is refunded.

Its a little late for the wreath.

I do so appreciate your help. This is quite a disappointment, as everything i have ever ordered from y'all was as advertised.

User's recommendation: Stay away from OUR RANGE. I never received my wreath, so i cannot comment on the qualaity, but from what i read in the comment section, it is NOT good.

Monetary Loss: $38.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
