my shop has been blocked a few times because of invalid copies of identity documents, but in fact my documents are absolutely valid. I live in France and I have provided a local copy of my document.
I have sent twice my document, the second time the copy of my document was sent according to the link which your colleague provided, but again it didn't work. It's quite strange that you throw people like that without help or explanation. I have a lot of clients who would like to buy, but payment is blocked.
I really need efficient help of your team to reactivate the deals of my shop. Maybe you could give me email where I can send a copy of my document, I don't understand why there is a problem.
