I have the same problem as yours ... they ask us to communicate with them and they do not answer .... how will the solution be? We are writing here after we lost hope of communicating with support, the financial department, and the identity verification department. They all wrote to them and no one answered.

According to Etsy FAQs there can be several reasons for account deactivation. In order to find the reason and get your account back, contact Etsy customer service via live chat or via the support form on the PissedConsumer website.

Please respect the mind of the seller .... The account was suddenly closed ... Contact support via email ... An automatic response came that I must log in to chat through the store ... The store is closed How is that ??? I opened another store and contacted support and asked her to inform me about the problem ... After she understood my problem and made sure in all ways of my identity, she closed the chat and the chat icon disappeared from the store completely.

Go to the item in your purchases and click contact seller and talk to the seller about it. They can help you there, I would assume so.

Account suspended - need help

Hi, My account was deactivated. I have since either fully refunded or fill all customer orders.

All shipped order have been delivered. Can you please tell me how / when the remaining funds in my Etsy account will be released?

why is my account deactivated?

Hello. On November 18, for some unknown reason and without warning, the store and account were blocked.

Then you write and I did not receive an answer from you as to why you blocked the store. I am already ashamed to write because you wrote at least 100 times to find out the reason and I did not receive an answer. Please rebuild the store. The first month's tax was also paid.

I could not even pay for the second month because 18 was blocked.

I owed $ 80. I had $ 170 for sales.

The only way you get anything from etsy.com is by filing*** complaint. Make sure you contact your legislators and demand they start making laws about e-commerce and all the companies that do business in the U.S. yet refuse to hire people that you can actually get in touch with for customer service, instead of relying on the Better Business Bureau to do that service for these billion and million dollar companies.

According to Etsy Help Center, if your account privileges were permanently suspended due to a policy violation and you’d like to continue selling on Etsy, you may file an appeal with Etsy.
To file an appeal:
  • Click Contact support at the company website. You’ll be prompted to sign in to your Etsy account;
  • Select My Account, then Reopening a Suspended Account;
  • Write a detailed message, including:
    • A description of your business history with Etsy;
    • What factors led to your suspension;

Why are customers typing in our shop name and other shops are popping up

If you type in our shop name, somebody else's shop comes up. Our sales have dropped to almost zero. What is wrong?

Make sure you contact your legislators and demand they start making laws about e-commerce and all the companies that do business in the U.S. yet refuse to hire people that you can actually get in touch with for customer service, instead of relying on the Better Business Bureau to do that service for these billion and million dollar companies.

How can i get a refund

  • click on Your Account icon,
  • click on Purchases and reviews,
  • click Help with order,
  • click on Message Seller, in the textbox that appears, let the seller know that you’d like a refund.

How can I get a refund for an order that hasn't arrived?

I order a case for my AirPods in the middle of March. I got tracking and everything, it's coming from Ukraine.

Except tracking stopped the end of April as if they lost it. I can't even get on the shop's page as if they shut down. I made a case with Etsy, I messaged the seller multiple times. Also I accidentally somehow closed the case...oops, and I can't reopen it.

It was $30 and I want my money back! I used Pissed Consumer to contact Etsy and have heard NOTHING.

I'm so pissed and frustrated, I don't know what to do! Help me please!

According to Etsy refund policy in order to request a refund:

  • go to your Etsy account,
  • click Shop Manager,
  • click Orders & Shipping,
  • click the … (ellipsis) icon next to the order you want to refund,
  • click Issue a refund,
  • write down the reasons,
  • if you want to refund the entire transaction, click the box by Issue a full refund.

According to Etsy help center, you can check the shipping status of your order on Etsy.com or the Etsy app. If the seller added tracking information, you can check when your order should arrive.

To track your purchase:

  • Sign in to Etsy.com or the Etsy app.
  • Click You.
  • Click Purchases and reviews.
  • Find your order.
  • On the Etsy app, tap your order. You’ll see the shipping status to the right of your order: Not Shipped: The seller hasn’t shipped the order yet or didn’t update the order on Etsy. Shipped: The seller marked the order as shipped. In Transit: The seller added a tracking number and the package has left the shipping facility. Track package: If the seller added a tracking number, you’ll see Track Package.

Click Track Package to see more tracking updates. You can also see shipping information in the shipping notification emails for your order. Click Track Package in the email notification to view the status of your delivery.

Happy breast balm is $27. $ charging me over $14 for shipping.

Please, follow the instructions below to cancel a purchases on www.etsy.com:

  1. Sign in to Etsy.com
  2. Click You
  3. Click Purchases and reviews
  4. Find the order you want to cancel
  5. Request that the seller cancel the order and click Send
However, submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel your order. Accepting your request is up to the individual seller. All items on Etsy.com are sold by independent sellers. Therefore, each seller has their own set of policies that you can find on their shop home page. Please, check the shop’s home page to find out their cancellation policy.

I was told my account had been hacked. I did not call to ask if my account had been hacked. I ask what was it that I ordered and he couldn't or wouldn't tell me that. I want to know what the purchase was on Sept. 25, 2017 in the amount of 22.23. I can not afford to spend $300.00 on hacked information. I will turn him into Better Business Bureau if I don't get a answer real soon.
