Why my account was deactivated.
I am using my etsy account & suddenly my account was deactivated . Any reason ??
What is the status of my order?Order a custom sign and didn't get a confirmation. I'd like to know what the sign will look like, revieve confirmation, and date of arrival.

Go to the item in your purchases and click contact seller and talk to the seller about it. They can help you there, I would assume so.
Account suspended - need help.
Hi, My account was deactivated. I have since either fully refunded or fill all customer orders.
All shipped order have been delivered. Can you please tell me how / when the remaining funds in my Etsy account will be released?
This just happened to me this morning I called up etsy and funds still have to be put into my account so I can ship out orders, I’m so confused and have no answers for this :(

Then you write and I did not receive an answer from you as to why you blocked the store. I am already ashamed to write because you wrote at least 100 times to find out the reason and I did not receive an answer. Please rebuild the store. The first month's tax was also paid.
I could not even pay for the second month because 18 was blocked.
I owed $ 80. I had $ 170 for sales.

Why are customers typing in our shop name and other shops are popping up.
If you type in our shop name, somebody else's shop comes up. Our sales have dropped to almost zero. What is wrong?

How can i get a refund.
I ordered a 10 pack of mask and only received one.The only emailed me and told me that they were out of stock of the original mask i ordered and to choose another kind he had and he would send me extra mask for the inconvenience..well the owner only sunt one mask and i paid for 10 His name is Siddharth from INhope14 my Order #168636****
According to Etsy refund policy in order to request your money back sign in to Etsy.com:
- click on Your Account icon,
- click on Purchases and reviews,
- click Help with order,
- click on Message Seller, in the textbox that appears, let the seller know that you’d like a refund.
How can I get a refund for an order that hasn't arrived?I order a case for my AirPods in the middle of March. I got tracking and everything, it's coming from Ukraine.
Except tracking stopped the end of April as if they lost it. I can't even get on the shop's page as if they shut down. I made a case with Etsy, I messaged the seller multiple times. Also I accidentally somehow closed the case...oops, and I can't reopen it.
It was $30 and I want my money back! I used Pissed Consumer to contact Etsy and have heard NOTHING.
I'm so pissed and frustrated, I don't know what to do! Help me please!

How do I get SandJBargainvault to accept my Etsy confirmation so I can get shipping info?Every be time I go back to your e-mailed and confirm AGAIN be with Etsy it is not recognized by the by shop who is supposed to send me a my animal zoo, SandJBargainvault
To track your purchase:
- Sign in to Etsy.com or the Etsy app.
- Click You.
- Click Purchases and reviews.
- Find your order.
- On the Etsy app, tap your order. You’ll see the shipping status to the right of your order: Not Shipped: The seller hasn’t shipped the order yet or didn’t update the order on Etsy. Shipped: The seller marked the order as shipped. In Transit: The seller added a tracking number and the package has left the shipping facility. Track package: If the seller added a tracking number, you’ll see Track Package.
Click Track Package to see more tracking updates. You can also see shipping information in the shipping notification emails for your order. Click Track Package in the email notification to view the status of your delivery.
I have the same problem as yours ... they ask us to communicate with them and they do not answer .... how will the solution be? We are writing here after we lost hope of communicating with support, the financial department, and the identity verification department. They all wrote to them and no one answered.
Please respect the mind of the seller .... The account was suddenly closed ... Contact support via email ... An automatic response came that I must log in to chat through the store ... The store is closed How is that ??? I opened another store and contacted support and asked her to inform me about the problem ... After she understood my problem and made sure in all ways of my identity, she closed the chat and the chat icon disappeared from the store completely.
