Etsy - Why are customers typing in our shop name and other shops are popping up
If you type in our shop name, somebody else's shop comes up. Our sales have dropped to almost zero. What is wrong?

The only way you get anything from etsy.com in 2024 is by filing a bbb dot org complaint. Make sure you contact your legislators and demand they start making laws about e-commerce and all the companies that do business in the U.S. yet refuse to hire people that you can actually get in touch with for customer service, instead of relying on the Better Business Bureau to do that service for these billion and million dollar companies.
