I am writing to you to raise an issue about: reactivating my account
The issue that I have experienced was:
I have some problems with reopening into my Etsy account. It says that there was a problem reopening my account and in order to get help from the contact support, I will need to sign in into my Etsy account.
Can you please help me to solve this problem?
It occurred on 13/11/2020
This meant that I will need to sell online as soon as possible due to the lockdown in the UK.
To reactivate and reopen my Etsy account.
