Hello A case was opened 11/12/2020 against my store. The email notifying me has no reply.
I can not access seller support. The order was placed using global shipping. I purchased shipping on the etsy website and proceeded as usual. This is the first time an order has not been delivered according to the customer.
However, I called USP and they say the order was delivered. You can also see under the tracking the order was delivered.
How does a customer get $100 free product when we did everything right. I would like to be compensated for this refund as I claim it was done in error.
